1.customize font, color, size, background.
2.specify the elements to read.
3.filiter ad elements with high zIndex or mouse event, and filiter ad strings.
4.automaticaly turn page, or press up, down, left, right, space, Home, End, PgUp, PgDn key, click slider to turn page.
