Recording tracking numbers, dates I escalated, dates resolved, current status so I can see at a glance the problem shipments, and all the past and present details, and the latest info. I can color code. I have shipments in green, invoice queries in yellow and dead notes in bone grey that I keep for a week in a pile to the right before I delete. I can change the size of the post it note for those really tricky shipments. I love this app - my desk is so much cleaner !!!! and I save so much time not having to get the details straight in my head before I progress the issue, it's all there at a glance on a post it note that grows with the situation. Love it.
