To start using the extension, you must have your Google account enabled to use the Staffbase Email account by the Staffbase team. If your organization is already a Staffbase customer and your Google account is not enabled yet, don't hesitate to contact Staffbase support to enable it. You can do this by opening a ticket in Submit a request – https://support.staffbase.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

- Once it was great, but now simply isn't working. Tried to track my e-mail sent from one Google account to another (mine as well) — nothing happened; the e-mail is marked as not opened. Just useless extension.

- What has happened???? I used to LOVE Bananatag. It worked great and gave me quick and accurate results. No problems for over a year. Now it immediately sends me an open notification for every email I send. It is within 5 seconds of me sending the email. It shows my city as the open location. Reached out to support and they said this error you are seeing is attached to what we call 'Self Opens'. I said ok well how do we fix that. I was told the developers are aware and there will be an update to fix it eventually. Mean time I am paying for a service that is completely useless. And worse than useless it is annoying as hell. I am in the process now of reading reviews on competitors so I can switch to one that works.

- Loved Bananatag when I started using it since 2018. Then I don't know what happened in 2019 but it's absolutely terrible now. Unreliable mostly. Don't know if it's because Google Chrome keeps updating or Bananatag has bugs, but it's not what it used to be and it frustrates me more than it needs to. Am still on the free 5 tracks per day because they have not convinced me that it works well enough for me to spend the money. My frustration levels would be higher if I had paid for this. Have been actively looking for alternatives but still have the free 5 per day extension until I find better. Bananatag, do better Stop trying to sell your product before it's foolproof.

- Makes you sign in alot to gmail. Right now is not showing up the checkbox to track at all. When it works it's awesome. Trying to uninstall/Install now.

- Says "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app This app has not yet been verified by Google in order to use Google Sign in." when you try and authorize the plugin in Gmail. Essentially useless now.

- They fixed the overlay nightmare, GREAT! Now it's time to reconsider the send later panel as well. Just use Boomerang as a reference, that's simple ;)

- Seems to be an excellent tool. Please make it work with New Gmail. Seems if the sender/receiver is on New Gmail, it doesnt do anything, except i think the links.

- Para funcionar pide permisos excesivos, como leer, enviar emails en tu nombre o eliminar emails, es decir gestionar por completo tu correo electrónico. Si no otorgas el permiso no funciona!!!!

- Lo malo de esta extensión es que si el emisor mismo abre su email enviado, le llega a su bandeja la notificación, y esto confunde porque sólo debe llegar la notificación de los destinatarios quienes han abierto el correo, no el emisor.

- Need to put "2" even so the app was working good... till it stopped working at all. One day the chrome add-on just greyed out, stopped working even when it was "on" in Chrome add-on window. So i tried to re-install it. When the feedback about the error window popped out, it was not working also when tried to send the feedback about the error o_O
