Premier Reader Extension
Premier One Click Reader: To have any text read aloud with highlighted tracking, simply select text from any webpage or document and Click on the Reader icon. Change the voice, the speaking rate, and other personalized reading features. It is also part of Premier One Click Toolbar
It includes key features:
• Read aloud any online content you choose
• Word tracking as it reads
• Stop / Pause reading controls
• Voice settings to select your preferred voice and rate of reading
• Adjustable font size, font color and background color

I was looking forward to using this extension, only to find it was a trial version. I never could get it to run
not free, does not support other languages, not easy to use, no settings.

Have to pay for premium use, you only get a free trial it seems. I don't want to log in for an extension...
it is really nice to have all the tools on a easy to use toolbar
