Prueba esta extensión de Chrome que te permite realizar un seguimiento del tiempo de acceso de cada sitio durante su navegación.
Las principales características de auto-control:
1 - El icono de la extensión, que se encuentra en la barra de Chrome, muestra el tiempo de navegación en el sitio que está viendo actualmente.
2 - Contiene la lista de todos los sitios visitados y su respectivo tiempo de navegación.
3 - Permite el bloqueo de sitios basado en tiempo de navegación y intervalo de tiempo.

i.e. If I open facebook 5 minutes in the morning, and nothing more, I should be able to for example, get another 3-4 minutes for every hour that I don't check facebook throughout the day. Can this app start the blocking timer over at the end of the day? For example, I said block amazon after 15 minutes. I used up my 15 minutes, and thought it would reset my timer the next day, or after i turned off the computer, but the next day it's kicking me off the site.
