В настройках расширения настроила, чтобы оно работало только на странице поиска гугла. Позволяет добавлять по урлу сайта метку, которая на странице выдачи отображается рядом с этим сайтом. Использую для пометки всяких говносайтов, которые нет смысла посещать.
