I recently took a time management class, so I have the *theory* down pretty well (pomodoro, eat the frog, time blocking, etc), but didn't have great tools. I'm now using a few tools (to do list, calendar, etc), but still wanted something to help on the pomodoro side. I tried several, and this one is by far the best I've tried - it's SO easy to use. I love the extension in my browser and how easy it is to configure, pause, restart, etc. AND because I'm a developer, I frequently have many browsers open - so it's great to have this extension running seamlessly in every browser. Kudos to you guys!

• (2024-04-06) Josilyn Gatrell: I tried so many pomodoro apps and extensions and this one is by far my favorite. Many other apps did not have the ability for me to see 1) how many cycles I had done each day, 2) did not give me the ability to change the sound or volume, or 3) required an open tab, which when left inactive would stop the timer, defeating the purpose as I would then not know how much time had surpassed. With this extension, I like that the timing is customizable, so if my task is not conducive to a 25 minute pomodoro, I can change it. I like that I can pause the timer, and that the sound is actually loud enough that I can hear, but that there are options so it is not extremely obnoxious or startling. I also appreciate the graphs showing the number of pomodoros I have done, that is just fun. I also like that I can skip breaks or start a new timer/reset my pomodoro cycle with a right click on my extension icon, which makes it easy. The only thing I would suggest would be that I would want some kind of access to see how many minutes I spent "in focus" if the length of my pomodoros varies from day to day, or to track study sessions by type and see how much time I have spent in one area.

• (2024-02-25) Czarina Claudette: I just found this extension today and oh how I wish I found this chrome extension sooner. It gave me the extra push I needed to get through my wall of awful (https://www.adhdessentials.com/essentials/the-wall-of-awful/). I love the features so much, starting with the variety of choice we have for the timer sound and the fact that we can have different transition sounds from the the focus sessions, to short breaks and to long breaks. One wish I have though is that for a feature to be added in the history where we can also monitor the length of the focus sessions we have other than the number of pomodoro sessions we were able to do. Last but not the least though, is that I want to thank the creator(s) of this extension for creating this beauty of a pomodoro extension and letting us access it for free. Thank you so much for the team behind Marinara ε(´｡•᎑•`)っ 💕
• (2024-02-21) Salvatore Rose: Simple, effective. The pop-ups are convenient. The source code and the data of your pomodoros over a set amount of time being exportable into multiple types of tables is just chef's kiss, all for free. It does its job and it does it excellently, that's about it.

I have ADHD and have really hard time keeping focused unless I have a goal (like work for 25 minutes then a break). A little over a month ago I learned about the Marinara chrome extension and just wanted to try it out. I was highly impressed about how easy it was to use making doing school work more efficient. My favorite aspect of the extension is that when my time is up, a new tab with the notification pops up to alert me that my time is done. I guess I also really like that it keeps track of how often you use it. It makes me feel like I'm more productive. I would recommend this to anyone especially my ADHD peers.

Would love if you could introduce a skip break feature, because sometimes when you in the middle of a task, you do not wish to take that break and might prefer to continue the next work session without the break.
