So, it is just somewhat slowing. On the other hand, I DEFINITELY LIKE NOT PLACING MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE, AND LIMITING THE NEW CARD TO ONLY SPECIFIC COMPANIES! And fourth, I can't click on the form and manually insert the info. Come on, Capital One. You're advertising your coupon search everywhere, but you're leaving loyal customers without the ability to use virtual cards. Can someone prioritize fixing Eno, please?

It clearly pays attention to form fields on websites, so it probably parses through everything you see and do. Might be better to have your real card number stolen and deal with the bank than the privacy and security risk this app represents.

It has error message saying that my phone number is not recorded yet I can see it in my profile. Then when I manually enter my phone number it claims it cannot recognize it or accept it. Who do I contact for this issue with Eno? "Looks like I don't have your number Let's change that, shall we? Enter your mobile number so I can verify your identity and get you set up." "Looks like something didn't match I couldn't confirm with your provider that this number belongs to you. Here are some possible reasons why: The number isn’t registered to your name. It's not a U.S.-based number. The billing address doesn't match what your provider has on file. The phone number is billed to someone else. The phone number is a Google Voice number."

Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later. This has been the case for two months. The team doesn't appear to be making any headway. And there's no helpful link in the error message to get actual help. The support page of this extension is not monitored. Asking Eno for help with the extension on Citibank's website just gives you links on how you can generate virtual credit card numbers with Eno, and absolutely no links on troubleshooting it. Maybe this'll work for you. But one day, it'll stop, and you'll be sad.

Virtual number nowadays is something that should be supported by default for any cards. It is actually more important to have it for debit card, since debit card transactions draw money directly from your bank account. One star for not having the feature for debit cards.

There is a huge improvement though, you can manage your virtual cards from the CapitalOne website and not need to rely on this garbage extension. There was suspicious activity on one of my virtual cards, but the incompetent twits at CapitalOne couldn't identify which one so they canceled my card and issued another one. What's the point of a virtual card if you can't identify which card the activity is on! It's nice to be able to create temporary cards, but why does it require an extension? This option could and should be available on the main website. Also this stupid thing didn't work last time I wanted to use it. It kept saying "No need for a virtual number here!"

  I go to log into my capital one account and my new password i just made isnt working. INstead it takes me to an authentications page error. I believe the URL is along the lines of: verified.capitalone.en/login/auth/error or something like that. then i have to reset my password again, and then i log in afte that and everything is fine. But when I click on the ENO app and i try to look at my virtual credit cards, it opens a new tab even though I'm already signed into my capital one account. I resign into it on the ENO app and it gives me the same authentication error again. I dont know what the hell is going and and its REALLY ANNOYING! It also starts bugging out and having error messages and telling em to try again when I'm logged it. this is just rediculous and the only website that is doing this to me.
