• (2025-07-15) Bill H: Google just disabled the extension due to Manifest 3. You said in January that you are working on a Manifest 3 supported version of Feedbro. Are you still working on it? Any ideas on when it may be available? This is by far the best RSS extension out there.

AI and robots and the rest of new age technology blah blah blah. RSS Newsgroups and IRC still run circles around everything else. I would normally say hey "this sucks and your not my brother!" but feedbro is good we're like family a true bro!

• (2025-03-23) Martin Annandale: I love it and have for many years. It is easy to use and easy to setup new feeds. You should adopt Microsoft Edge now if you want to continue using it though, as Google has some sort of issue with the product or developer.

I hope an update comes soon that alleviates this process as I use it on a few different computers. Original Review: Good RSS feed readers are hard to find - but I have been very impressed with this one and don't plan to switch. I host a radio show, podcast(s), and am a bit of a news junkie. I love that I can set the max age of an article so I can scan through the feeds every few days and not see the same stories over and over like I do with other news apps (Google News and Discovery I'm looking at you). I've not had an issue, appreciate that I can export/import feeds to another computer and even that process is simple and effective. Does everything I want and need. Absolutely five stars every day of the week.

• (2025-03-04) Tim M.: Generally, this is the best feed reader solution I found today. Unfortunately, it started to crash more an more lately and seems to updated no longer. Also, it will be affected by the manifest v3 due to the store page. When the developers are not working on something in the background, it is time to jump ship and look for something else. Also, due to v3, the best guess for the moment appears to return to Firefox once again. Update: Changed review due to developer answer below! Very happy to see my guess was right and since FeedBro is the very best solution for RSS currently and for a long time, those are great news! =) Sad the store did not notify my about the response, though. =(

I can subscribe to social media feeds, there is an automated search for feeds on the page and most importantly navigation is easiest for me in the browser. I have tried 10+ other applications and always came back to this one. Initially I needed this to work on android phones but I circumvent this by checking feeds on my pc and saving them to a read-later-app, that I can access via phone and use my time better.
• (2024-09-29) Varnit Professional: Hey man, please update your addon for 2024 and 2025 as it is unsupported by chrome 130 as "This extension is no longer available because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions." Also, where is your addon for firefox browsers. Cant see it anymore.

• (2024-06-01) Dod Utils: The popup menu on the notification iconbar show all new articles at once without grouping/counting them by feed source like RSS Feed Reader extension for example, of course you can set FeedBro to open the full interface when you clic on icon but this is waste of time when you just want a quick look from the iconbar drop menu, so whenever the extension itself is pretty good this missing feature ruins all efficiency you are looking for when you subscribe an RSS feed, but of course this is only my personal opinion. Anyway keep up the good work.

• (2024-03-06) Zorte: I've been using Feedbro for a while now and absolutely love its versatility and ease of use. It's a fantastic tool for keeping up with my favorite feeds. However, it would be even better if the developers could add a feature allowing us to create rules based on the condition that the title or URL equals the title or URL of an already added news item. This would greatly help in avoiding duplicates. Thanks for the great work!

Earlier even twitter search used to work but that has stopped since months and now even account feeds are not working ocassionally load new tweet feeds for few accounts though. Developer has commented he/she is working; not sure what's the present status (Nodetics if you can update again here it will be good) One thing I sincerely miss in Feedbro is NESTED FOLDERS. Many a times I want to have nested folder structure for better organiztion but have to deal with single level folders which can become overwhelming if your folder count exceeds certain level.
