I used to be dismayed when encountering articles that were going to chew alot of my time to read but with the transcription summary tool provided by Fireflies, it's very easy to grab the main points of such an article and digest a high-level summary of it. Highly recommend!

I've bought business plan specifficaly for a very important, hour long meeting, bot joined the meeting and was present all the time, but after the meeting in the admin panel it shows that it couldn't be processed. After that I've also tried the chrome plugin, it showed that it started recording, but after the meeting there was no message regarding that meeting whatsoever. I've lost 30$ and trying to get a refund right now.

• (2021-03-26) Eric Cohen: new chrome extension upgrade is a game changer! I like how I can capture and transcribe from any and every video conferencing tool directly from browser. I hop around using different tools like Google Voice and this works smoothly. Liked it before but even better now with the March 2021 update

• (2020-07-16) Konstantin Dubovitskiy: Had very very very poor experience with this tool. Every other record was disappearing and I had to check in with the support for each one and they restored them manually, the support was nice though. They told me I'm the only one with that problem and they can't really fix it - I switched to WebEx and magically all the problems were gone. Very unhappy with the tool.
