• (2024-03-20) DBL Upgraydez: I hate when it cleanly misses paid sponsorships! Yup, just plays smoothly through the green part of the bar. Nice! Seems to not recognize about half te segments, and u need to manually FF.
• (2024-02-26) ThunDerd: Works great for skipping stupid raid shadow legends sponsors, but sometimes just decides not to work randomly. Like some videos, it auto skips fine, and others it just takes the day off. And yes, I have the settings set to auto skip and sometimes it does or it doesn't skip the same "type" of skip. Regardless of the minor inconvenience/bugs, 1000% would recommend since I can't harp enough about how annoying integrated sponsor segments of YT videos have become.

At the very least add a secondary optional place for the buttons, perhaps above, in between the search box and the player... As is, the current position adds too much clutter to the player ui and interferes with normal operation.

• (2023-11-05) Peter Engbjerg Løth: i used to love this, but lately, false sponsorblock show up at even the slightest mention of the sponsor.. take the "PS5 Slim First Look and TEARDOWN!!" video from LTT. TWO of all the segments marked as sponsor, are actually sponsor, the rest is a slight mention about D-brand(who is not the sponsor of the video) quite some time ago, i asked on the support discord, if it could be disabled somehow, so it would only show the actual sponsored segments(in response to another LTT video, but this one was super micro, and every mention of supermicro was blocked as a sponsor) and was told a single setting could be changed(that did nothing) or i could vote the sponsored segments down, to remove them from my end. but that still does not solve the issue.. please, tag segments correctly, or don't tag at all. i am so tired of hearing audio skip, go back to unskip it, to see its a mention of someone related to the video, but not the sponsor. otherwise i will remove the extension and leave a one star review. i mainly want the two ACUTAL sponsor segments at the start, and at the end blocked, not all mentions of a brand!

The only improvements I can think of are to have the option for auto-skip to activate anytime during the segment (I tend to skip around my videos using the arrow keys) because it only activates at the beginning of the segment and for the manual-skip ability to be available throughout the segment (not just in the time after the notice fades). I think that if it worked like Preview/Intermission segments, it would be just a touch more convenient. I just wish the skip functions didn't need to activate at the start of the segments, rather have skips be able to be activated through the entirety of the segments similar to the ones in aniwave.to (9anime) except for auto-skip which would just skip the segment entirely wherever I click (unless I purposely want to watch the segment, however unlikely). That being said, not much to really complain about. Works like a charm. Even without those improvements, I can't go back to watching YT without SponsorBlock.

• (2023-10-13) Michael M: (English below) Deutsch: Wirklich toll für englische YT-Video, aber (trauigerweise) sehr, sehr schlecht für andere Sprachen, insbesondere deutsch. Die meisten Videos sind dabei falsch getaggt, und die Admins machen diese falsch taggenden Nutzer zu Moderatoren mit viel Macht (und deren Votes überschreiben alles). Selbst wenn es ganz klar entgegen der Regeln getaggt wird und das (auch sprachunabhängig) erkannt werden kann, sagen sie, dass sei nicht ihre Sprache und deshalb interessiert es sie nicht. Und das ist sehr, sehr traurig. Also, benutzt es besser nicht, wenn ihr viele (bspw.) deutsche Videos schaut, ihr werdet nicht viel Spaß damit haben! English: Really good for english yt videos, but (sadly) really, really bad for other languages, especially german. Most videos are wrong tagged and the admins promote users with wrong taggings to moderators with a lot of power (their votes overwrite everything). Even if it's cleary tagged against the rules and that's (even language independent) recognizable, they just say, not our language, we don't care. And that's really, really sad. So don't use it if you watch a lot of e.g. german videos, you'll have a hard time with it.
