Focus To-Do łączy Licznik Pomodoro z Menedżerem Zadań, jest opartą na nauce aplikacją, która zmotywuje Cię do koncentracji i ukończenia postanowionych zadań.
W jednej aplikacji połączyliśmy technikę Pomodoro z listą To-Do. Można rejestrować i organizować swoje zadania w listy, korzystać z odmierzacza czasu, który pomaga skupić się na pracy i nauce, ustawiać przypomnienia o ważnych zadaniach, a także sprawdzić czas poświęcony na pracę.
To ekskluzywna aplikacja do zarządzania zadaniami, przypomnieniami, listami, wydarzeniami w kalendarzu, listami zakupów, listami zadań, pomagająca w koncentracji na pracy i nauce oraz śledzeniu przeznaczonego na nie czasu.

- (2025-06-23) Courtney Heléna: I started using Focus To-Do sometime around 2019-2020. Once the pandemic hit, Lofi Girl and Focus To-Do became my best tools when trying to accomplish anything. Now, in 2025, I use either goblin.tools or chatgpt to break down my daily tasks into pomodoros and subtasks, and I use the android app and the chrome extension to stay on task throughout the day. As someone with combination ADHD, this is a great tool for me. I paid for the premium version over 5 years ago so I can't speak to the cost because I genuinely don't remember what it was, but it's worth it to me to have full capabilities. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS - 1. I wish there was a csv or text task upload option. This would save me 15-20 minutes of prep. 2. I wish there was an option to manually add certain breaks, like lunchtime or to label my breaks i.e. 5 min water break, 5 min dog walk break, 30 min lunch break. Otherwise, this app is fabulous and I hope it stays around and continues improving!

This helps me feel productive by getting tasks done and also being able to do other things guilt free. I even swapped my break time from social media to other things I like doing (that are better than scrolling), such as reading. Simple design, easy to write and check off tasks, and white noise is pretty useful for focusing as well. I just got this extension, but I'm sure there are way more useful features as well. These features are all free too, so that's another benefit.

Helps with tasks at work and at home with chores. I really enjoy the feature that I can customize and color organize my tasks and projects! I know in the extensions it will show time remaining, and I know about the feature that autostarts the next timer, but is it possible for the desktop version that when minimized to have the option to either minimize to the extension OR to minimize it to make the pomodoro timer a smaller window that stays on top of all windows with an opacity feature? I only ask cause I have a tendency to forget to restart the timer after a break and if I see that it finished I can start the next timer. It would also be nice to have more options in customization? Again great app!

You can add tasks by categories you create and the Pomodoro technique is very helpful for me. I have ADHD and it's hard to know where to start with my day and everything I need to do. I can do a brain dump in the morning and add everything to lists then I don't feel so stressed out. I also add tasks that need to be done later so I can keep track of them and not worry that I'm going to forget to do something important .
