The Softphone24 app is an extension for Chrome browser that let users make and receive calls even if the tab with Bitrix24 is closed at the moment of the call. Furthermore, all information about the calls gets automatically documented in Bitrix24. The extension works only in conjunction with our Bitrix24 and Asterisk integration module (https://www.bitrix24.com/apps/?app=informunity.fpbx#description).
In order the Softphone24 to work your Bitrix24 portal should operate via HTTPS with a valid certificate.
