Supports three modes

- (2023-11-27) Lloyd Perry: This product is a scam. Product was hard to configure, kind of worked, but was buggy, and if you ever wish to cancel a paid subscription, it's impossible. They block all emails to the only support email they provide. No other means to cancel.

- (2023-05-02) Bill Geronymakis: I'm a real estate agent in Virginia USA. I use Twilio Auto Dialer and CRM Helper to dial directly from Vortex/RedX platform. It's the only Chrome extension that works on this platform. I have been using it for several months without issues. It has always been fast, easy and reliable. A couple of days ago I needed help and emailed support. They were very fast to address and resolve the issue. They asked me to share my screen with them and the issue was resolved within seconds. Very happy with this product and their support. Highly recommended UPDATE MAY 2023:This used to be such a great extension. It was working great and when there was an issue the support was there to help. Not so anymore! Now it's getting stuck on some numbers, about once every 5 dials but sometimes more. When it does it can take 15 seconds to recover. This makes it really tedious and frustrating to dial. I spoke with support on a conference call when it started happening. They promised they will look into it. Nothing happened. I tried to reach them again. They never respond. Several months later no improvement. I guess they have written me off at this point. Very disappointing.
- (2023-01-17) Clint Gorman: Sometimes the audio is choppy while in a call. A big problem I'm having, when this is enabled in my browser, I can't listen to audio in Chrome because the audio shutters. It will quickly cut out then back in every couple of seconds. I need to disable this if I'm going to watch youtube or listen to soundcloud.
- (2022-11-21) Philly: Love it! Sad HubSpot is getting rid of API keys.... Hopefully a solution will be found soon for syncing events to HubSpot once the API keys are sunset on November 30th. But either way, this dialer is amazing, and very affordable.
- (2022-06-20) Annie Miller: The extension is good but sometimes when I try to make a call it shows Something Went Wrong and the call is also not shown in the call logs. I have checked my twilio balance and it is enough to make calls, but it is still giving this error. How can I debug or fix this? I have already paid for the extension.

I've written so many times but NO reply so the customer service is very poor. I noticed that the community as well is very very small (50 people) where they redirect you and last post was made in 2018 so I'm doubting if we should continue using this product and look for alternatives. Anyone with similar experiences or suggestions to alternates??
