AA-ron 2023-09-24: Scrab.in has good functionality, but the limited overall control over features and slow customer service and support ticket resolutions make it, unfortunately, not the best option in the ocean of other LinkedIn automation tool extensions in Chrome that function nearly identical. Whether you're looking at WeConnect, Octopus, or many others to automate your LinkedIn connections and messaging, basically they are all identical. Scrab.in tries to advertise "ChatGPT" as a big hook feature, but, you have to purchase an API first of all, and secondly, it's not what the consumer reading "ChatGPT" thinks... it literally just makes indiscriminate posts on random accounts, and is very limited. In total, the platform is clunky, the help guides or tutorials are lacking, they try to sell you "Find That Lead" connectivity to scrape emails from LinkedIn (when the marketing verbiage on their website makes it sound like Scrab.in does all of that), and ultimately their CEO has a few videos up on YouTube advertised as a "Master Class" in Scrab.in, but he has a very think accent so most of the information is unintelligible. In all my research, for something under $50 a month, I'd look at WeConnect, Octopus, or for more money there's some pretty high-tech polished and established solutions out there. NOTE *** My LinkedIn account was recently flagged and partially banned because Scrab.in releases "updated" without field testing them, and cause my account for the first time in 15 YEARS, to receive a restriction - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They recently made an "update" that follows or scans 10 accounts AT ONCE, causing massive system blacklisting on LinkedIn, and when I sent in an URGENT request to their support team, I heard nothing but crickets.
