由於使用頻率較低，Google Chrome在55版本以後刪除了手動設置網站編碼的功能。但是在部分設置不規範不正確的網站，新版瀏覽器無法準確判斷其使用的編碼，導致網站顯示亂碼。

If I use another google account, things are fine. This, however, allows me to actually use my main account and not have to have multiple google accounts. YAY! THANKS SO MUCH DEV!
