Right-click on the document body, pick "make readable", and Text Fix will fix the font to be large and black. Compared to other readability-related extensions, Text Fix doesn't touch the rest of the page, it just adjusts the font.

Not bad. It would be nicer if it could recognize when it's substituting a fixed font and replace it with a better fixed font. Otherwise pages with code samples don't look so good.
