Re: Nex Extension Grey Out - Version 0.1.24 I'm having issues using my extension. After login if I click on the bottom 'arrow exchange' icon the extension greys out. And I have to quit the wallet and re-logon, only to have the same issue. All other function are working with the exception to when I click that arrow function icon. I have already tried: 1. Emptying browser's cache, history, relaunched/restarted. No difference. 2. Uninstalled extension and re-added Chrome NEX extension. No difference.

just doesn't work, website doesn't detect when I'm logged in. I have tried clearing cache and reloading. And I have contacted you, hope this will fix before KYC expire
for ppl having issues. allow the extension to be used in the incognito window. "manage extensions" unclick where it doesnt allow for extension to work while incognito. open new incognito window and the extension will work everytime
I've sent some Soul from my neon wallet to my NEX extension.The balance was there this morning but when I opened it now it only shows my gas balance. I've cleaned my cache and installed the last version of the extension but nothing works. I've doubled check to see that nobody sent anything from my account and it turns out, nobody sent anything in last of couple of days. I've checked the neotracker and my balance is there. So the only explanation is a bug or something form the NEX side. I've emailed but nobody got back to me. I mean they have no Telegram group, no GitHub, and they don't answer emails. How can we contact them if we have a problem? Well, just an update. I've contacted their email. And they got to me after two days. I've contacted the team, including Fabio C. Canesin, Ethan Fast, and Luciano Engel. Fabio actually replied to my email and said they'd investigate it. I'm not sure if it's fixed by itself or somebody from the team fixed it. I really like the core developers team but I'm not sure about the communication staff. Hope they improve their service.
like the last few reviews disappearing tokens and no support,NONE, nothing, no response form team. Who's going to invest in this when money just vanishes with absolutely no help or support or even a way of contacting support. You could try neonexchange support and you might get a irrelevant reply in 2 weeks. This extension supposed to handle millions of dollars. Can anybody tell me how to contact these people please?
Hi, I don't see TKY tokens in my account today. This is after I re-started my browser. Can someone please help ? I'm also unable to search for either TKY or THEKEY to add it in the tokens list!

They stole all the money from this wallet! I also lost all my money! The company is a swindler! Get round it! Support is not responding! Who will return the stolen money ???
I have tried accessing the NEX extension several times prior to it working. I then collated the documentation for KYC and logged back in, only to see that my account is 'under review'. I have sent four emails to neonexchange in an attempt to resolve this matter.
It worked perfectly until today. Now when I open the extension nothing appears. Everything is blank and I can´t access my funds. Beware of this since a lot of people are having the same problem.
Did everything and including KYC but now when i go to the extension the extension is blank/grey screen. Any advice?

Same as all the other reviews Round1 through round 2 though to manual review then enter extension to check and blank screen . I can use key and password to see account but now says I am no current ico in red.
