- (2025-08-28) git gud: The best extension that Ive found for the simple purpose of controlling the speed of youtube videos, also the instant shortcut to set the speed to normal is very useful, one review complained about the speed being shown all the time, to me that is very useful. In short this extension has everything I wanted for me to watch tutorials at high speed, 0.25 increases and decreases, a speedometer, and shortcuts. 5/5 stars.

In the description, it says: "- Seek backward & forward works even the focus element is not on video player". This is what has great value, but does not work. Also, in assigning shortcut keys, I would suggest adding the possibility of using function keys (Ctrl, Alt and/or Shift)
