• (2024-04-25) Pieter Sadie: I have been using the Trading Connector for more than 5 years now as of this 2024 update and very happy with the speed of the connector and support from Tom. Had a few issues now and then, which were usually resolved by a reboot. The longest outage was the last two days after a Chrome update crashed the connector. Tom had to upload a new version of the Connector to the Chrome store and after installing the new version my issue was resolved. Will keep using it. Works well. Update 2024/04/25: The Connector is just going from strength to strenth with even more features added. It is more stable than ever before and runs for weeks on end without any hassles. Super fast and works like a dream. Absolutely cannot go without this. So glad I found it many years ago. Thanks Tom!!!

There are a lot other products with same functionality, I recommend search through google or mql5 market. I cancel all my subscriptions. Worse customer service ever

I have been using TradingConnector`s Multiple Account service for over 2 months on 12 different accounts, and my mind is blown away every day. I cant be thankful enough for these guys for what they created. Customer service is also excellent, they replied whenever i had a question. Team, keep up the great work, and thank you again!

• (2021-07-25) Dzej Bi: I tried TradingConnector a few months ago, but couldn't get past the components setup. Quite recently devs launched that WHITE GLOVE ONBOARDING and it rocks! They installed everything in 10 minutes and even coded some alerts logic for me. And these alerts are flying exactly as they should!

• (2021-07-21) O. Passmore: I like this. It works instantly from the Tradingview alerts to the mt4 chart. I tested this for 24 hours and it traded a lot. I'm glad I discovered this because its helping. I understand it may not be to the optimal performance at times according to previous reviews but its much better than manual trading.

I followed the new guidelines (one tab only, chrome visible etc) and also I upgraded the Chrome Extension to 1.2.7, TradingConnector.exe to 1.0 and TradingConnectorEA to 1.30 and still have a problem when multiple alerts are fired at the exact same second, the TradingConnector only picks up some of them - so some alerts aren't executed. Not good enough. Some accounts get their orders and others not, so basically half working. Will you fix or should I end my subscription?

There were several issues during my use that you can read about in other reviews, and experienced every single one. I would not recommend this tool to anyone in its current state. The tool's shortcomings were also compounded by the developer's lack of consistent communication with the users. For now, I will be unsubscribing from this service and using an alternative that is more reliable. Hopefully the developers update it to fix the issues because it certainly has a lot of potential.

• (2021-01-07) Nominis Ignotis: This is a surprisingly good little app which offers a HUGE power for automating trading via PineScript in Trading View. I was skeptical but tried it out because the potential seemed huge. Turns out the system works very well: install the extension, install the middleman app, enable the EA in MT4. Done. Easy. The only bummer about the whole thing is you have to have TradingView open and you have to have the Alerts Log open. Let me repeat: YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE ALERTS LOG OPEN AT ALL TIMES. This means the only real world use-case for this is a headless, independent PC such as a VPN or, as I do, an old computer. If you run it that way, this thing is tight. I forgot to have the alert log open after a couple days of using it and couldn't get it to work anymore. I contacted the developer via TradingView messaging and he replied within 1 min, suggested he TeamViewer in and take a look, and solved the problem within about 3mins of my initially contacting him. I wrote to my friend that I had just had the best tech support experience of my life. Not kidding. I might have gotten lucky with timing when he was around, but, regardless, it was sweet. The power of using this app as the go-between for TradingView and MT4 is huge. If you write PineScript, then use this app. Period. The lag is truly impossible to detect. There are now a whack of very useful alert components (check out the "syntax" page) which allow you to really dial in a trade all based on your chart analysis. Also, you'll want to check out the bottom of his script here https://www.tradingview.com/script/9MJO3AgE-TradingView-Alerts-to-MT4-MT5-dynamic-variables-NON-REPAINTING/ for a great example of how to use variables in your Alerts. This means you can create any variable in PineScript and use it to set the parameters of your trade! This is kind of an untalked about feature for some reason but it is *huge* in terms of what it opens up. Basically, if you're into PineScript and wanting to create a bot to manage all aspects of your trade, this thing is indispensable.

The program hasn't worked for over 2 weeks and even after 5 updates to the different components it still isn’t working reliably. No communication, no apologies, no refunds. And NO, version 1.2.5 and carefully fallowing ALL the rules doesn’t solve the problem. Connection issues still remain. Period. Look, I get that there are circumstances that can't be foreseen and that technical issues will arise from time to time, no problem. BUT - the lack of any kind of support or communication is completely unacceptable. Dear developers, you are dealing here with paying customers that depend 100% on a reliable solution and there is literally always money on the line when your product is in use! Basically every single inquiry in the last past months regarding any situation went unanswered. Not even a response and that is just common curtesy. They don't even provide an support-email or contact information anywhere. The fact that you now have to follow ridiculous rules like only one instance of Chrome running that has to be always visible and so on, shows that this fragile solution is not stable enough for professional, reliable usage. And here is the kicker, my last monthly payment was on November 29 2020 for the month of December. I cancelled my subscription a few days ago and now it says license undefined, i payed for the whole December and they just revoke my license immediately with cancelation. Totally unprofessional and unethical to run a business this way. Not to say scammers. BUYERS BEWARE!

I’ve added the latest chrome app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the .exe file. Everything looks great, the light is green , says it’s good to go, but when the alerts fire Off in TradingView they do not get recognized by trading connector and therefore the signals do not get pushed through to mt5. Connection issue. Doesn’t work anymore.

• (2020-11-27) Roman Khomitch: Sorry, I figured it out.  Hade to remove the extension and reinstall it and removed the TradeconnectorEA from Navigator and reinstalled the Tradeconnector.exe to fix it.  1.2.1 works on latest version of windows as of 27NOV2020.

• (2020-11-25) Azeem Hussein: the update is working. it's confusing because it doesn't show up in the toolbar anymore after reinstalling the extension. however i lost money on my trading account so please let's figure out a way to keep people working or a update notification... also maybe we do a webhook url or i'll even help you dev that so we can still use trading view alert but don't have to rely on web browser? trying to figure out what has the lowest latency....
