Latest reviews
- Elijah O
- I agree with many of the reviews before me about the recent default view change. Please either revert the to default to the "Unread" page, or create a setting for me to enable that myself. Furthermore, please stop prompting for a review every time I open the extension.
- Patricia Lambert
- Good tool
- Kevin Bailey
- I'm afraid that I have to agree with others: Defaulting to the subscriptions view instead of the unread view is very annoying. On top of that, it nags you for a review even after you left one!
- Kenneth Rangen
- Developer did an update that now gets rid of the default "Unread" option so now you have to click thru to see your unread articles in your newsfeed. This makes it slow and kludgy. I hope that this was just a mistake and not what the developer really designed this update to do.
- steve carrier
- Changed the default view from Unread to All Feeds and no option to change it back, which makes it extremely annoying to use the browser plugin now.
- Anonymous
- Latest update seems to have broke something. Always opens on the All Feeds tab now and demands a review every time even though I reviewed this years ago.
- Anthoni Gardner
- Been using for a few years now. Could't go without it now. It saves having to clutter my already overflowing inbox.
- Cristopher Dahlström
- Been using it a long time, really like this addon.
- Dan Chlebek
- Please stop demanding reviews every time. It's obnoxious.
- maxoku
- It's a great extension, but just broke on the popup. Forces light theme and showing all feeds instead unread every time I click on it. Also asks for a review every time. Please fix that.
- Shteryan Nikolaev (AcTePuKc)
- Same as most of the people are saying - Free, the best, has paid features, but it's reliable for what I need it. As they require to pay their bills it's normal to have paid features. It's good that we still can use it - without the need to pay (with money). Just realized there are new features - that i'll probably never use.
- ozmartian
- Does what it claims. Been using it for years and no complaints since its free.
- Catphantoms
- Works fine, decent free RSS reader. Bugs out (doesn't load any feeds) on a fairly frequent basis though, and often updates with annoying design changes without warning. You can probably find something simpler and better on the store.
- A. I.
- Echoing the same sentiments with the recent change that forces the default display from "Unread" to "All Feeds". Need two clicks instead of one.
- Nyx Queen of Shadows
- this worked great until the most recent update, where it now constantly asks for a review. and when checking the extension, it used to show unread feeds by default. now it shows all feeds by default and you have to click to view only unread. there's no way of changing this default setting either. this is not helpful and makes checking feeds more of a hassle than it needs to be.
- Anonymous
- Latest update has really made it much less usable so I'm revising my rating downwards. Defaults to all feed view, no more dark mode or it doesn't respond even though I have it selected. The previous version was flawless. Now it's clunky and unnatractive. Looking for something else to do the job unless they rollback or fix this stuff.
- Seth Nicholson
- Feeder won't stop bugging me to leave a review, so it's getting one, and not the review it wants. The extension otherwise works just fine. My main gripe is with the shifting business model. When I started using Feeder, it was free, and used local storage, with no indication that this would ever change. After I had become committed and trying to switch to a different aggregator would be a major hassle, there came an update that required me to make an account on their website or lose access to all my feeds (and caused me to lose my read/unread data regardless), and then to start paying a subscription fee or drop most of my feeds. Their pricing and subscription tier structure continues to be subject to change without warning. I'm starting to think that maybe I should just develop my own RSS extension so I can finally have one that simply works, with local storage and no mandatory accounts, and no rug pulls.
- G Money
- Fabulous extension. Use it daily...keeps my feeds nicely organized!!!
- Eric Walker
- Been a good Feed Reader for years but every so often they make a decision that makes things annoying to use. Just recently they changed the default display from "Unread" to "All Feeds" so either I have to click unread every time I want to read my recent or I have to open each individually. Considering this app is all about saving time and staying up to date, this change wastes time and is a hassle. No way to choose your setting, no way to go back to the old one. Going to look for an RSS Feed Reader that has a team that thinks through their changes or at least gives users the option to choose when they make changes.

- ok
- Nathaniel Swenson
- It won't stop asking me to leave a review. It's fine, probably the best RSS feed.
- John Farthing
- Changed the default view from Unread to All Feeds and no option to change it back, which makes it extremely annoying to use the browser plugin now. Constantly pesters you for reviews.
- Narciso
- Handy, simple and integrated with browser without BS features.
- Alexander Hom
- Amazing! Does everything I needed it to do with no issues.
- Mark Budd
- I've used this for years and does exactly what I need, allowing me to keep up with news on various sites (mostly games). I'm so used to it being there, just doing its thing, I forgot it was an extension until today when they asked for a review. As someone else pointed out, it is unfortunate that it started defaulting to "All Posts" and there does not seem to be a setting to change this, so unfortunately no 5th star
- Philip Tuson
- The latest update now has me reviewing alternatives. Over the last year this once excellent extension has been deteriorating in quality (e.g. old stories appearing at random times, the constant prompt to 'upgrade' for more). As of today it now defaults to the all feeds section rather than unread as I've always had it, and has a constant prompt to review - so here is my review... Please revert the extension to default to the section last used (in my case Unread) and fix the issues with phantom stories appearing/disappearing
- Alex Rednic
- Great extension for managing feeds. Recommend! Been using it for a few years now.
- xiaowu zhang
- you force me to leave avis
- Angus Holyman
- very handy
- Terrance Ó Domhnaill (Terry)
- I love this since I can read news from around the world with little to no censorship from the Americans.
- Gaurav Bhardwaj
- good job
- Jeff Horne
- I like this extension quite a bit
- Anas GH
- Amazing , using it for more than 10 years
- Denis Samokhvalov
- Convenient RSS feed. Free version has no ads. Nice UX. Does its job 100%.
- bismanjit singh
- I love the fact that i dont need to sign up for an account to use this just add the extension and get to work no sign ups necessary love that fact thank you so much guys for making this saved me a bunch of headache of making my own
- PreservationPunk
- This is a great RSS reader. So good to have all my content I want to read and watch in one place, and I never miss an upload. Thanks.
- Pavel Machalek
- This is for real. Amazing plugin. DM me for my feed.
- Pedro Varela
- Exactly what I was looking for.
- Stephanie
- Stupid app took $14 from me a week after they were supposed to take it and left me without enough money for a rideshare to take home at night. Also, the app on mobile is garbage and crashes a lot. I hope the people who made this app read this and know what a bunch of c-nts they are.
- Konstantinos Tsangopoulos
- Great software!
- Kiyang Lawrence
- It is a great extension I have used over years to easily access news feed and there seem not to be a working alternative. Highly recommended!
- hlias artinos
- The only extension I have found to work as I wanted, Great app, thank you!
- Mikayla Henke
- good design, I like
- Ryan Clement
- Easy to setup and unlimited options
- Steve Spencer
- I have a few issues with the extension as is, but the developers have been more than generous with pursuing my suggestions. At a minimum, this program meets my needs. Access to the developers: Priceless.
- Jeffery M
- More feature packed than rss live links, but I don't like that it still displays entries that are no longer in the rss feed because I use this for service-now so it's showing incidents that aren't returned on a curl request to the same url. I wish RSS live links hadn't been banned from google's store.
- Meritxell
- Very happy with this plugin! It has cleaned my inbox of the many newsletters I follow. My only piece of feedback would be to double check the quality of image of the plugin itself, as it appears blurry!
- Topher Lee
- Higher potential than competition while access is redirecting usage to paid platform, in site lock 'feed amount' limitation, recommendations lead users to assume more availability, while lower tier login has no more feeds than the lowest consumption reported RSS 'sites', ironically.
- Raiu
- I'm using this in Opera GX. I really like the UI design in this. What would be really nice is if we could get this as a side bar flyout for Opera. This design would work perfectly as a side bar extension.
- Darren Russell (dizzybc)
- Very useful extension to replace the now-deprecated Zebra RSS I was using previously in Chrome. However, I would like to see the ability to either pin the flyout open, or minimize it when article links are clicked. It closes automatically when links are opened, so you lose your place and then it involves several more clicks to re-open the flyout.
