How does Templatius compare to other Gmail extensions?
Gorgias: a great extension built by a helpdesk company. The interface is a bit dated and you have to navigate multiple clicks and buttons to insert and create a template.
Canned Respones: we have always found Google's built in canned respone feature to be confusing and sometimes difficult to use. With Templatius we have a modern, clean, interface for creating, editing, saving, and inserting your most common email content into new compose windows.
Gmelius: one of the best do-everything, business productivity plugins for Gmail. Honestly, its awesome but if if may be overkill if you just want a quick, efficient way to insert common email content.
Hiver: similar to Gmelius is offers alot of great functionality especially for managing customer emails but it may be overkill and requires 3-4 clicks to insert an email template.

Using templates in a reply created a new email thread with a different subject line. This was a dealbreaker for us, where we need an easily followable paper trail on official communications. The name detection also doesn't seem to work.
I have used Templatius without issue for the previous few months and found it outstanding however upon logging in today I have found all my email templates have been deleted. I have sent out a support message and my hope is that this is a temporary glitch or perhaps a fault on my end - my hope is that this issue can be resolved so I can change this review to 5 stars as were it not for this deletion issue I would give it 5 stars without issue.

It's a cool and fast chrome plugin I've been using this extension and it works great.
Wow! Works great. This made it so much faster to write my customers! There is also a feature where you can insert the day of the week or the date next week which is really handy for scheduling meetings!
This is perhaps one of the most useful Chrome extensions to come out in a long time. Love Gmail and this fixes a common headache.

Have used every gmail template plugin Gorgias etc... This one is the best. It has a polished, professional UI. Everything works smoothly and the entire process from creating emails to inserting them in Gmail is intuitive and easy. I especially like how I can tab from recipient to subject to searching for a template. This reminds me of my old Goldmine desktop CRM which had a similar template structure. If you send lots of emails, this is the template tool for you!

The fact this is a Chrome plugin and its works on Mac and PC with no issues is awesome. I do wish I could use the templates offline.
