I was in my career development class and we were doing a assignment on Google Docs, and as I'm doing my work I see a tab that I can click on, and when I click it, it this big image of an arrow on my screen. I tried to refresh the page, I tried to close the tab, I shut off my chrome book, but still... nothing. Not even the tech guy at our school could figure out what happened, or how to get it off. I eventually found out that the school download this on our accounts and we can't uninstall them.

• (2023-10-09) Derby Caster: My school installed this on all of the school computers and made it so that you can't remove it, and when you try to remove the access, it restarts the computer and adds it again. It has this annoying tab thing that shows up on every website and won't go away, and sometimes, the extension randomly opens by itself and asks me to log in with Google. The UI is ugly, it looks like they just found a bunch of icons off of google and slapped them on there. Overall, 3/10

There was a brief hiccup where it stopped working, so I reached out to their tech support. Not only did they respond, they followed up when a patch was released to let me know that the issue has been addressed and fixed. So grateful for this extension. I seriously wouldn't be able to write my Dungeons and Dragons campaign without having my material read back to me.
• (2022-08-22) Elliott Schroeder: This is the only text to speech extension I've found that works properly for Google docs. Recently, with a Chrome update, the extension broke so I messaged tech support about it. They answered quickly, promising to let me know when the issue was fixed. Lo and behold, a few weeks later they messaged to tell me it was fixed and it works great again. Highly recommend this extension.

  For the last several years, I have been using RW google to highlight, write over, or push pin comments on performance evaluation documents. I would mark up a PDF version of the document and could save it, share it and print at evaluation time. Recently, I attempted to open those previously saved documents with RW highlights...but the highlights, notes and push pin comments no longer show.
