  • (2025-06-24) Jay Jay: Why doesn't it open when I click on it, the app is unresponsive.
  • (2025-06-20) Kash Farhadi: Non-functional, unresponsive. 0 Stars
  • (2025-06-18) Chris Tomlinson: This extension is absolutly useless, I attempted to get it working for online classes and the extension does not even open, does not communitcate with the computer at all. If you really want the highlights, print off the work, if you really want the drone voice, just get the "Read Aloud" extension instead
  • (2025-06-11) Saulo Mascarenhas: it bugs all the time
  • (2025-06-06) Cole Harred: this extension literally never opens. I click on it and there is absolutely no response whatsoever. A joke. Only giving 1 star bc I have to
  • (2025-05-30) Rouj Zora: Thought it was very cool until I used it a second time and it erased all of my highlights.
  • (2025-05-28) Zoran M: Data harvester. Impossible to test without giving an email address, and for some reason they want a company or school address.
  • (2025-05-05) Apolline Lemazurier: incredible
  • (2025-05-03) Caden Nguyen: 3 stars because there is no reason why you need this. Also, this extension is useless. Whoever made this extension needs to send to court or something because of the concerns (not the privacy, see the description right next to this text). It is located in Google Docs and possibly Google Slides and when you open it, you see some tools up in the top or in the side which we don't need this because some people might be thinking it could be cheating and stuff like that. It takes space also and there is no point of this extension. Also, auto correct the words feature has already been added to Google Docs. Also, it takes up space where there is no option to turn the tools off or where you can access it by a shortcut while in Google Docs. Also, there are already some extensions that has the same thing without these issues up here or websites contain like this one (not extensions) such as DeepL Write without of these issues. Certain features has already been added to Google Docs or in the device (as mentioned before) such as reading the text you highlighted which it can be done from your device or something else. There are other features that I can't list so there is no reason why you need to use this. Also, in rare cases, it would appear on other sites such as TurboWarp (https://turbowarp.org)
  • (2025-04-15) preston ramsey: I like this because the is the shower thoughts that will blow your mind voice and the I was then shot 9 times voice

  • (2025-03-18) Christopher Davilla: Can you fix the compatability with Amplify (online)? When the kids try to use rw to have the passage read to them, the screen begins to glitch badly. Ty
  • (2025-03-17) mason jones: good
  • (2025-03-15) Jessica: The app worked very well the first semester, now it's more of a nuisance then an aid. More then half of the features are not available, doesn't read words correctly or in sequence consistently. Sad because it was making a big difference during book study and now I'm back struggling without it, which is worse than ever having it at all. Imagine being locked in a dark room all your life and someone finally opens the door to let you out, and as you walk toward the light, the door slams shut like, "Juuuuuuust KIDDING!"
  • (2025-03-13) Huck McGalliard: wow
  • (2025-03-03) Callie Alreza: Firstly, I wish there were more highlighter colors. Secondly, I hate that it misspells words. When it read Icela, it said Iceilla. This is a bad (but a bit good) extension. Just needs some tweaks and it'll be fine.
  • (2025-02-23) Katrina Karla: it wont open for me anywhere

  • (2024-11-27) Parker Thompson: this sucks not even a star
  • (2024-11-21) Melanie McGivern: Randomly pops up and gets in the way when I don't want it. I have looked everywhere and can't find an easy way to remove this.
  • (2024-11-20) itzizzyyt: works but it pops up randomly and its annoying
  • (2024-11-13) Ivory Schumacher: This extension doesn't work. I downloaded it to help me read out essays on google and the toolbar won't come down.
  • (2024-11-13) Colton Gibson: Good
  • (2024-11-13) generic TC2ber: Kind of works, definitely gets a majority of the reading done and is great for skimming but can't read PDFs and most of the voices pronounce words weirdly. Did help me get through a lot of IB Psychology so far lol
  • (2024-11-07) Isla Chandler: bad
  • (2024-10-30) Chriztian Linski: it a good reason to read papers
  • (2024-10-29) Timothy Wilson: This app is required by my school district, but it is playing havoc with Canvas, which is also required by my school district. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
  • (2024-10-29) Klara Atere: Unfortunately it is not working on Microsoft Edge. It is downloaded, but nothing happens when clicked.
  • (2024-10-27) Samantha Richards: This extension DOES NOT WORK. Nothing but trouble. I downloaded to help me read out my essays on google chrome and the toolbar WOULD NOT come down! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

  • (2024-10-11) Elijah Armstrong: This is gob🗿
  • (2024-10-08) Logan Ormesher: It's really helpful
  • (2024-09-30) Benjamin Christie: It reads
  • (2024-09-23) purple narwal: Really helpful it help me pass class
  • (2024-09-21) Jimmy: The only useful part of this is the screenshot reader which you have to download separately. It doesn't read PDFS, just useless Google text. It also doesn't pronounce words well and skips the word "I" altogether. It's more of a distraction than helpful.
  • (2024-09-17) albert: this suck dont download
  • (2024-09-10) Jayla Powell: this app is new to me I hope that it will be helpful to me and people around the world
  • (2024-09-06) Walker Rose: App will not open in any way on my ChromeBook.
  • (2024-09-05) Anna DeGraaf: Texthelp is doing a good job providing access to people with disabilities. Nothing is perfect, but they are working towards it. If you are an educator, go to their website and find the online form to fill out with name, address, etc. They give a license of this free to teachers. Alternately, Google: "texthelp free for teachers." Then come back and download all 3 Texthelp extensions from the Chrome Web Store.
