• (2023-02-09) Graeme: First impressions of this extension are OK but certainly nothing great. For one, I have to keep accepting cookies from some of the pop-up webpages even though I've pressed 'Accept' a hundred times. Also the Google Translate is not working, a blip that has been noted by others before me (the one before me was 2 years ago in Feb 2021) so I don't think the dev is being too proactive about updating this. That goes for the Oxford Dictionary link too. Basically needs a good overhaul and update to be fully functional... but don't hold your breath!

• (2021-02-09) Hardeep The Dev: Developer of the extension: I acknowledge that Google Translate is not working anymore in this extension, at the moment I am not able to solve the issue. But you can use my new extension, which I think is better than this, Google Translate is working fine in there. • (2020-11-14) Jerry Suppan: I like this concept very much not only as a ways to enhance my vocabulary but also because I can add in Japanese dictionaries to work bilingually in two languages. In addition to the Google Translate listing, I also adding a second Google Translate entry so that I can translate in either direction EN => JP (Japanese) or vice versa, JP => EN. Fantastic extension and very useful and conveniient. Thank you for creating this extension. Suggestion One small improvement if I may suggest, it would be great if possible to simply press 'Esc' to close the dictionary popup window. Currently, it is necessary to mouse click the dictionary Window's upper right 'X' before the obstructing dictionary closes. An 'ESC' press would be a convenient to be slightly more efficient for productivity and utility. I do being able to select from multiple dictionary choices as I read in English and Japanese. Currently I have multiple tabs pinned for various look up resources, but the popup list of multiple, selectale dictionaries Can now permit me to eliminate those pinned tabs. Thanks for creating this useful extension. Update: 2020-11-14 @ 09:20:32 I had to downgrade 5-stars to 4-stars because the one primary dictionary resource I wanted to use, Google Translate, no longer functions correctly. It worked at first but whatever happened to this extension becoming corrupted now causes to Google Translate, when selected, to briefly flash for a split second and then it disappears. I know about the placement of the '%s' to accomplish a search. I attempted multiple reconfigurations of Google Translate but the same net result. This needs fixing but apparently maintainance of this extension seems to not be a priority.

I see that Google Translate works just fine, but when I go to add a couple dictionary links: (1) https://jisho.org , (2) https://tangorin.com they simply will not accept. I've tried adding the '%s' syntax and I've watched the 13m YouTube video too, which was a bit difficult to follow with just visuals and no explanation. One improved I might make, when search a word or highlighted phrase, sentence, then subsequently selecting a dictionary, it would be great if one could simply press 'Esc' to make the dictionary go away. As it is now one must mouse clikc the 'X' before the interfering dictionary goes away. Just an 'ESC' press would be a big improvement for productivity and utility. I do like the concept of being able to select from multiple dictionary choices as I read in English and Japanese. Currently I have multiple tabs pinned for various look up resources, but the popup list of multiple, selectale dictionaries would be even better, IF, it worked more fluidly.   Good afternoon, I like this extension very much. But unfortunately, one constantly gets the same cookies popup when using the dictionaries. For the Oxford from Lexico, you even get the message again when just switching between dictionaries. It would be very nice if this could be fixed.

  when i select a word in input text area the dictionary bar dont show near the word but show on the top and very thin, which hard to select it, can you fix?, thanks.
