So there, I rated the app, now stop with the freaking notification, please. When I click the 'x' to close the notification that means I don't wanna do a review and then it shouldn't pop up again. I even had to install Chrome because of this nonsense, because for some weird reason the link can only open if Chrome is installed....
• (2024-04-13) Natale Giunta: Sembra ombra di dubbio il miglior "Password Manager" mai usato. Ormai lo utilizzo da anni in versione premium. Grafica molto gradevole e facilità di utilizzo non indifferente. A volte un po' "problematica" la login con l'autenticazione a due fattori, ma secondo il mio parere rimane la migliore applicazione in assoluto del suo genere.
• (2024-04-12) Nancy Sheely: I have not really used other password vaults. I'm a retiree and maintain our computers for my spouse and myself. I found NordPass pretty easy to install and set up but it did require some patience and reading on my part. I set it up so that my spouse and I can share passwords with each other; that is the main reason I selected it. Like many applications, it does have some glitches from time to time especially if it's been a while between logins. Even if an application asks for a new password, I like that I don't have to think about it. Rather, I let NordPass pick a password then I save it.
• (2024-04-12) Alvaro Espinel: I have to update every single time the password. The notification about potential threats is useless: no offer a way to solve the threats. This app keep different passwords for the same site, so you have to guess which one is the best.

• (2024-04-09) Joana Villar: NordPass, overall, is a great tool, but I believe the UX could be improved by allowing to add more categories. It would be advantageous to be able to incorporate hashtags and logos for each item, as not all items are automatically uploaded when added. Also be able to sort the content of an item as we want, specially the additional fields.

• (2024-04-08) Vince Erickson: Update: It's been about a year now and everything works GREAT! Glad I stuck with it and worked through the difficulties. No longer does this app make RoboForm look like the greatest application ever written. At least Roboform saves my passwords, unlike Nordpass. I would not recommend this applicaiont to anyone for any reason. In fairness, after the version rollback, the application does work much better. In the process, I gained insight in how to properly configure Nordpass because some of my problems were OHS. Thanks for listening. All issues seem to be solved, no major issues in the past 6 months or more. Recommendation moved to strong buy.

• (2024-04-04) Dennis Hester: Nordpass is a very good product. However, I wish it would not open full screen upon login. I don't need to use it immediately so always my first action is to minimize the app to move on to other apps and, when it is needed I still don't need it full screen. I keep most links in my toolbar on Brave so initiate them without using Nord to start the process. Also, many times I need to return to Nord during a corrective action when the site requires me to replace my password to refresh the saved password. I struggle with the process as it seems to be a different sequence for creating a new password each time I go through the process... I wish there was a legend on the password pages as I find it difficult to distinguish between what the colors are for a link for a website versus a credit card or other link for the same organization or company. There is no hint about what color the box is for what app. It amazes me how many times i find that a password is rejected by a site when I have used that site for months and, one day for no reason, the password is rejected so have to go through the lost password process. And last for this review I don't remember which password manager I once used but it would rank passwords as viable and then list those sites using a weak or re-used password. I could click on "replace passwords" and it would go through each of those sites and replace them and update the manager...I would like that for NordPass!

• (2024-04-02) B C: 2024-04-02 Updated Review: Welp... since my last review, it seems that NordVPN was hacked and data was stolen. The reason I include it here is because they're made by the same company that makes NordPass. The company didn't even disclose the hack until they were caught. Also, STOP SPAMMING ME to leave you a darn review every time I open your app.... also, nobody that I know is interested in using any Nord products so STOP SPAMMING ME with that as well. There's a reason I'm paying for your app and getting SPAMMED isn't one of them I assure you. Original Review: I left LastPass because they went through a data breach (unacceptable for a Password Manager and Repository), and because of their business practices. LastPass was also a very subpar password manager and it really struggled on my iPhone XS Max. It always seemed unpolished in one way or the other on all devices. Having had NordVPN for a while now and loving it, I decided to consolidate my Password Manager with the same company. Enter NordPass. NordPass is based in Panama, which has no mandatory data retention laws and does not participate in the Five Eyes or Fourteen Eyes alliances.[21][22] This means that the company [23] isn't required by law to keep logs or share them with governments. LastPass vaults are located in the U.S. or other regions where they have to abide by data retention laws. This is especially bad if you get breached. LastPass is garbage. NordPass, though it has flaws, is a 1000% better. The issues I've had with NordPass seem to have mostly gone away. As others reported, the app would sometimes hang during loading (both on Windows 10 and iOS 14.*), but a simple restart of the app would resolve the issue. The browser extension would sometimes fail to load because it has to have the app running on your device to actually load the chrome extension (MS Edge), and it would just freeze on the loading screen. Again, closing and reopening the app would resolve the issue. At one point and one point only, I had to uninstall and reinstall both the NordPass Windows App, and the NordPass Edge extension for it to be able to load and work properly. I haven't had to do that ever again since that point. Also, lately I haven't even had to close/reopen the NordPass app or extension so I'm assuming that they have fixed that. Why did I give this 5 stars if it has apparent flaws? Well, because as I mentioned, this is still leaps and bounds above LastPass. I understand that no application is perfect and I'm glad I went with NordPass. You have to remember that LastPass has been in business for a while and they've had all of this time and money to fix their very glaring issues, and have not. NordPass is relatively young and the pace of improvement I see is very exciting to say the least. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

• (2024-03-30) Tony Hume: Does not work consistently. Requires constant logging in. Sends me notification to try to have me pay for more Nord products. Stop advertising to your customers, and make your app more efficient. It frequently wastes my time.
• (2024-03-30) Doug B.: In some regards it's excellent, but it's not reliable in filling in the login pages, especially the 2-step popup style logins. It's constantly wanting to save new logins for existing and working entries, and I have to stay on my toes to prevent it from saving duplicates. Having to log in twice to get from the general account to the nordpass feature is literally twice as much work as necessary. I also experience crashes and instability on Fedora, and my forwarded crash logs to their support are ignored. The default "highlight" for numerals on the mobile app in dark mode are unreadable, and my request to fix it also ignored. I do notice new features coming online from time to time, but I would rather see more attention to quality control of existing functionality. These issues matter enough to me that I take the time to complain about them and provide feedback, but alas, little to no progress observed in the last year or so.
