Google Chrome, and all of its Chromium based browsers all have in built font settings (the same as the ones used for this extension), but, those settings don't get past encoded font settings. This extension is able to bypass those settings, albeit I have had to reload a page to get it to work on some sites. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking to change the fonts to something more pleasing to their eyes.
