Keep track of your sleeping and naps and subtract napping time from a bank.
Keep track of how much you sleep or nap each day by subtracting naptime out of a bank whenever you nap. You get a set amount of naptime each day (depending on your plan) as well as a starting buffer. Make sure you don't sleep longer than your remaining time!

Wow! Usually I keep track of my naps with pen and paper, but this app really changed it up for me! No more scrambling for something to write on before I doze off - so stressful! Now I can nap with ease knowing the napOlean is recording my zzz's. 5/5, great app, would recommend.
