• (2020-12-16) Dennis Pulido: For some reason, this is not working on my Chrome. I tried it on Firefox, it's also not working. Then I changed from Windows Desktop to my Macbook and same problems. Other browser add-ons with similar function (such as Learning Languages and Migaku) experience the same issue (speaking of Migaku, it works on Youtube but not Netflix, so I'm guessing this is a Netflix-only issue). I'm not sure if this issue is unique to me, or Netflix tweaked their code that affected compatibility. Will re-review when fixed.

• (2020-07-05) Dario: This extension has so much potential as when it works it does exactly what it sets out to do, and easily allows me to translate text by copying it or using Yomichan to translate specific words. However the majority of the time I cannot even get it to work as it will not even display subtitles. I wish this extension was in a better state, but until it is fixed I cannot recommend it because it is too broken.

• (2020-04-03) OutsideLane “OutsideLane”: At first it works if the episode or movie you're watching doesn't have a lot of subtitle options. If there are "too" many, the app will not let you select all of them, so you might see arabic and thai and english in the dropdown menu, but not japanese or italian for example, even tho netflix has them.

• (2020-03-22) red eyes: I'm giving it 5 stars but there is a problem where the subtitles in my target language won't show up. I have to refresh a video multiple times when there are multiple subtitle files and hope that the subs in my language I want show up. Sometimes I get Chinese subs, sometimes Spanish, sometimes Japanese. It seems random.

• (2020-03-09) SS: Please help... this seems to be a problem for many people. Why does Japanese sub shows up like half of the time? Some day it refuses to show up. I even have Language Learning addons and it shows every other language except when watching Japanese show?
• (2020-03-07) Léa Alex: It worked perfectly at first but these days I don't have the good subs anymore For example when I'm watching terrace house there's no longer japanese, but other languages so I can't use it anymore!
• (2020-03-06) OutsideLane: Worked like a charm for me! However, i sadly wasn't able to select manually added subtitles from the dropdown menu. I manually added japanese subtitles for a show with another extension (super netflix) and would have liked to make them interactable through subadub (so i could then use yomichan on them). If you would consider making this possible somehow, maybe integrating the use of custom subtitle files directly in subadub, then it's a for me 10/10 :)

• (2020-01-10) Abraham V.: Pretty useful, but the font size is too big and the background color is too dark, can't find any option to change that. sometimes if several people is talking, the subtitles takes half the screen.

• (2019-06-14) Awetewtewtew Awetwetw: PLEASE ADD AN OPTION TO EDIT FONT AND FONT SIZE. it's unusable for that reason... the lines overlap over each other for some reason! I would love it if there was an option to copy the subtitle that's currently on display on the screen with a keyboard shortcut such a numpad 4. For example, using the screenshot on your add-on page, if I press f4, it would save hoje e um novo dia. - olhe para ele to the clipboard. That function would make the add-on more conducive to language learning. If you have clipq or ditto or any of the many clipboard managers open, by the act of copying, you can collect all the text with unknown words/grammar etc.
