Pipe clogger allows you to add a time delay to requests to websites you specify.
The extension uses Chrome's match patterns (https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/match_patterns), to select URLs to clog traffic to. Don't forget the astericks and ending '/'! Look at the extension's default URLs as an example.
