The New Weather Alerter!
The main purpose of Weather Alerts is to bring you desktop alerts of the National Weather Service. This extension will monitor the NOAA NWS feed for you and will notify you of any alerts you would like to see.

- (2019-10-21) Ethan Senen: As I'm writing this there is a tornado watch in my area. I've just installed it and it has alerted me, so it works. I understand that this is in beta, but the extension could use some polishing. Otherwise good extension.
- (2019-08-20) Clippyhehe: I have an obsession with weather so this keeps me updated for when I have anxiety about it. It shows the correct alerts for when I need it. This is perfect even though it's in beta.
- (2019-04-19) Lisa Kazempour: The constant pop-up of the alerts, instead of just popping up once and inability to silence or keep the alerts from continuously popping up has caused me to remove this extension. Great idea, just need the ability to put the pop-up's to sleep once cycled through once or some type of control over the frequency of pop-ups or something.
