- (2015-08-12) JJ Helm: It's been a struggle since day one, I went with Zoho over Salesforce because at the time I could put in opprotunities (at the $20 level) to track them. The deal is the whole system doesn't flow well, can I copy an address from Account to Contact, no, can I import a csv file and not get hundreds of duplicate companies, no. Now I want to delete duplicates, no way Jose, they do have the option but only 2 at a time. If you go into the forums it will tell it to you a hundred times, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, 1000's of users at $20/mo seems like you could have some kick butt supoprt but not here. I'm going to go to Prosperworks and see what is going on.

- (2014-08-06) Paul Stefanson: For the record, I have not ever rated a software platform before this post. I feel that strongly that I sourced an opportunity to voice my displeasure. This CRM is not intuitive and anyone who says so clearly doesn't understand what that means. Mail modules and CRM modules do not sync with each other. I have missed appointments and messages because the calendars do match. I have experienced nothing positive and do not recommend this software at all. UNLESS you are a light user and cheap. Does not sync with ipad/iphone and as a HEAVY road warrior my blackberry isn't even supported. TERRIBLE and a complete waste of my time.
- (2014-07-07) Harold L. Bates: It's free and it works ... the problem is with tasks for me. It's noty real useful to see that I have to send 3 letters but not be able to tell at a glance which contacts/accounts they are attached to.

- (2013-11-29) X Lube: We have been using Zoho CRM for 12 month now - great working tool and getting better, more intuitive - in particular the live messaging service with their support team is convenient, instant and helpful.
- (2013-11-13) Richard @ UV2IR: A frustrating exercise trying to get this application working to my satisfaction in Google Chrome. Using Google Voice for phone calls is a must. Being thwarted by teething trouble in Google's components now that they are switching to Hangouts/Google+ - the whole thing is very very frustrating.

- (2012-02-02) Alastair McDonald: This is an excellent web-based CRM solution. Free for three users and virtually fully functional. The paid for add-ons are things like email linking to Google Mail, though there is the ability to send email with attachments from Zoho CRM. The 'Google user' who bemoaned the app as a 'time waster' has clearly not done his/her research..! We are a small business and use Zoho CRM for all our customer-focussed activities. New opportunities are easy to set up, quotes easily convert to invoices and all the layouts are customisable. It's really useful to share customer data between us anywhere we are on t'interweb. I recommend! Give it a try if you are a one, two or three man/woman operation. Expanding user numbers is relatively inexpensive too, certainly much better value for small businesses than the big CRM solutions.
