After installing extension, there always will be hidden button on top right. after clicking it, disabled elements will become enabled

- (2023-06-19) Mc AbadBoy: Will give 5 stars if you could please add some configurations like "auto enable the disabled elements continously" so I don't have to click the button everytime. Some buttons got timers, the extension kinda does the job if click extension button then fast the timer button. Give it some automation pls.
- (2023-01-19) Harald Krause: Does not work on all websites. On some you can not activate the Enable All Button by hovering on the top right. It would be better if this would be configurable
