Security:
GooEdit doesn't save any information.
All data that is accessed is only for local use – means usernames, passwords, images, history and all relevant data are saved only in the user local storage, not in GooEdit database.
Instruction to select image:
Move with your mouse on the image object, and
Use the ALT+RIGHT Mouse button for Windows users.
Use the Ctrl+Shift+RIGHT Mouse button for Windows users for upload toolbar.
Use the SHIFT+RIGHT Mouse button for Ubuntu users.
Important:
- After installing, please restart your browser.
- You must wait until the page is finished to load.
- This extension doesn't work on Flash object.
- For best performance edit image on new tab.
GooEdit is a powerful, yet an easy to use image editor add-on, which allows you editing images online, on the currently viewed web-page, without saving the picture first.

- (2017-11-20) euros ST.: Oh MY God! I haven't noticed that, they haven't updated or done anything to this Extension SINCE 2014. That's why it doesn't work at all. And their website is gone. Google should shut down Extensions that does not update themselves.

- (2014-09-29) Greg Duarte: The interface is mid-decent, in the current version (Any future updates should include higher-res icons for the buttons). Another thing I would have included is the ability to right-click on an image and have the ability to click "Edit With GooEdit". Other than that, the functionality definitely outweighs any shortcomings, and I found it very useful for quickly tweaking images. I definitely recommend downloading this extension.

- (2013-05-22) Eric Leadbetter: To all Ubuntu/Linux users who can't get it working: make sure you restart your browser after installing the extension. Shift+Right-click worked for me after restarting. However, I'm still unable to actually *edit* the images once I've selected them.
