Description from store
***
Elastyczny. Jest czymś więcej niż „blokerem reklam”. Może czytać i tworzyć filtry z plików hostów.
Po zainstalowaniu są wczytywane i stosowane następujące listy filtrów:
- uBO filter lists
- EasyList (ads)
- EasyPrivacy (tracking)
- Peter Lowe's Blocklist
- Online Malicious URL Blocklist
Można wybrać więcej list filtrów:
- EasyList Cookie List
- Fanboy's Annoyance List
- AdGuard Annoyances
- Dan Pollock’s hosts file
- I wiele innych
Należy pamiętać, że wybranie niektórych dodatkowych list może prowadzić do wzrostu prawdopodobieństwa uszkodzenia witryny internetowej – zwłaszcza tych list, które są zwykle używane jako plik hostów.
***
Bez ustawionej listy filtrów, to rozszerzenie jest bezużyteczne. Pomyśl zatem o osobach, które ciężko pracują, tworząc i utrzymując udostępniane za darmo używane przez ciebie listy filtrów.

- (2025-09-07) Devansh Arora: why did u guys remove ubo why?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- (2025-09-07) Sam J. Pepper: Good bye. The workarounds and extension shortcuts don't work now. Firefox is too slow for me, eventually they'll move to MV3. Developer of uBlock says they won't support Chromium based browsers in the future. It's sad how Google is normalizing ads and adware.
- (2025-09-07) Damien Pfohl: You just have to disable and enable some fast flags to use this actually amazing extension for god knows how long
- (2025-09-07) Hassan: Switching off of Chrome because Google and Youtube are run by slimey jeets that hate ad-blockers. KYS Google.
- (2025-09-06) Shannon S: The internet is unusable without uBlock Origin. Even the workaround to use it on Chrome is no longer available to be. Chrome was already on thin ice with me. I'll be switching to Firefox and would recommend everyone else still on Chrome change browsers as well. Free Palestine
- (2025-09-06) Anne Adorno: Goodbye Chrome/ium. I don't appreciate you telling me which extensions I can run in my browser. I also don't appreciate not being able to choose which tabs can be active and which cannot. So much resource consumption.
- (2025-09-05) Gab: I don't know what I would do without this extension, it's basically required nowadays
- (2025-09-05) Julien: Youtube's blocking it again.
- (2025-09-05) Hamu Taro: doesn't work on Youtube, update please
- (2025-09-05) Gordan: uBlock Origin is more worthy than Chrome altogether. I'm changing browser because of this
- (2025-09-05) Dylan the brand slayer Mulveiny: Google is scum for removing this. People don't want to be forced to view ads. Especially when half of them are malware. I genuinely think people should start a class action lawsuit, because this is a blatant violation of anti-trust laws.
- (2025-09-05) Turdley Brown: Great job Google. No wonder you dropped your "Don't be evil" motto. You've finally forced me to go back to Firefox. We will not accept your censorship or forcing ads on us. Restore Ublock Origin or suffer the consequences.
- (2025-09-05) FatheredPuma81: On good browser: Ublock Origin - GET - "Switch to Chrome to install extensions and themes INSTALL CHROME" On Chrome: "LOLOLOLOLOL NO"
- (2025-09-04) Hgvphg Hgvphg: return
- (2025-09-04) Stanislav Perfilov: It was the best blocker
- (2025-09-04) Carl Russell: This extension is worth moving browser to use. The modern internet is a disgusting, unusable mess without UBO, and Google should be ashamed for removing it. If advertisements weren't being forced on users every 5 seconds, if they were higher-quality and contained less obnoxious bulls**t, I'd be more willing to look at a few of them. Until then, I'll bend over backwards to keep blocking them.
- (2025-09-03) Mtz: There has never been such a splendid add-on. Yet Google seems to believe that anything convenient for users is detrimental to Google itself. That's why they promptly disable precisely the features users demand – it's truly regrettable. One should definitely choose a browser other than Chrome.
- (2025-09-02) Ambi: I've switched my main browser to Firefox. Pinterest is unusable without this ad blocker on Chrome
- (2025-09-02) Nico Teen: My Bestie
- (2025-08-31) Hateem siddiqui: Chrome need to get this extension back or i am stop using it.. Shifting to firefox
- (2025-08-30) Ash Black: I hate Google for removing this. Google is going to Hell. This is the only way the internet is usable.
- (2025-08-28) Changa: You wil be missed dearly, old friend...
- (2025-08-27) Hasan Mridha: help
- (2025-08-25) HeoQuay: When your AdBlock is so good that even Chrome wants it gone 😭

- (2025-08-20) Paweł H.: HOW TO GET UBLOCK WORKING: 1. Enable Legacy MV2 Support via Chrome Flags Open Chrome and go to chrome://flags. Find “Allow legacy extension manifest versions” and set it to Enabled. Relaunch the browser to apply the change. 2. Reinstall uBlock Origin Manually Head over to the uBlock Origin’s GitHub releases page. Download the uBlock0.chromium.zip from the assets. Extract the ZIP file on your machine. Go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer Mode, and click “Load unpacked”. Then point to the extracted folder. Finish installing—uBlock Origin should now show up and work again.
- (2025-08-18) Peter “Seacat” A-M: Good stuff. Google hides it because it hates you.
- (2025-08-18) Igor Kozarchuk: Blocks images and other content on AliExpress, the website won't load properly.
- (2025-08-17) Hamdingers Cat: Was the best extension until google decided that money was more important than not being a scummy company. A company of liars, only concerned with using you for what they can get.
- (2025-08-17) Harshit Shukla: doesnt work on yt as of august 2025
- (2025-08-16) Dan Bor: RIP, has been a chrome user for years now i switched to brave because you cannot install it in chrome now
- (2025-08-16) slop: Rip
- (2025-08-16) Lucas: Rest in Peace, friend. Stopped working after the drop of manifest v2 on Chromium. Google is an awful company: "Don't be evil" is a joke.
- (2025-08-16) Tristin Sterling: Google is a prude for deleting this
