I was looking for a software like this 4 years ago and was thinking about creating my own as I saw a demand for it. 2 years later, Meetingbird releases one and the craziest thing of all... IT'S COMPLETELY FREE. I'm forever thankful. It's an advanced software with plenty of integration possibilities, fairly easy to use and solves the forever issue: How do you schedule a meeting/activity where EVERYONE can participate? This solves it.

Meetingbird completely broke after my work's G-Suite migrated and I can't fix it because it says my email address has an account already but it also is connected to my @old.domain account as well. I will revise my review if I get a response from the meetingbird team.

(2019-06-01) Max Beech: Wish I could love this, but when composing an email inline on gmail, there is a huge gap below the extension's toolbar, causing half of the email's text to be blocked. Will try this extension again in a few weeks and hopefully it will be fixed?! Will update this review if so.

(2019-04-19) Jessica Fox: It's a great extension and works as advertised. Unfortunately, customer support is nonexistent. I contacted twice over the past couple of months, once through their website and once via email and never got a response to either one. For that reason, I will need to find an alternative that actually includes support.

I am trying to figure out how to share the calendar with information for meetings without having people get access to schedule meetings. I am part of a fledgling Fellowship that is setting up meetings for people to attend but do not want to have the ability to enter meetings for all. We want to have the meetings scheduled available for people to see on the schedule. Can you send me information on how to share the calendar with the events and information on them so that the "Recovery" meetings and information can be shared with the general group?

I've been using Meetingbird for quite some time and it's been great. However, over the past few months, the extension has been causing Chrome to freeze completely and needs to be force quit. Or it causes hang ups when using Gmail. I've disabled the extension and everything is fine. System is Mac OS Catalina. Thanks!

Hi There, I have my MAIN Google Calendar. I also have several other calendars that I work off of that feed into my MAIN calendar. Meeting Bird is not recognizing the other calendars events and allowing guest to book over those time slots. How can I get meeting bird to read all blocks from my MAIN Calendar?

My Gmail (G Suite) email wouldn't load tonight and I went through disabling individual extensions to see if that was the culprit. After disabling the Meetingbird extension I was able to log on. Hi team @ Meetingbird, Ive been using the app for a week now and I like it. Wanted to upgrade to Pro, filled in my credit card details and then the page rebooted itself back to the payment page. Filled it again, and the same thing happened. Worried that I'll be charged twice, and what is up with the payment input. Its not smooth as this experience is pretty dampening for a good app.
