- (2021-05-28) Darko Matterus: Kind of sad but also very good to see this extension is finally dead. I still remember the period when the μblock creator Raymond Hill, was tired with the non stop requests for it and finally decided to pass on it's management to someone else. The new person did a horrible job and not only with how the extension worked. So much so the original creator made for us μblock Origin, which thankfully did not have the same fate as μblock, even up to today. I rate it as "Hated it" but definitely when the original creator made it, I loved it. Bless Raymond for actually stepping back in to make μblock Origin for us and not leaving us with this one =) People, make sure to avoid this. Obviously it has not been updated in 2 years by the time I write this and it's main site is dead, which also means the support is dead, since the mail is connected to the main site. Cheers people.

This is not a fake extension, just open the extension up and click the cog, go to 3rd party filters, clear the checkbox next to Acceptable Ads, don't click on the text, the checkbox. Click apply changes and click Update now. Now you have a perfect ad blocker! It's not fake. It's just a simpler version of uBlock Origin, but uBlock is actually made by the same person that made uBlock Origin! (Raymond).
