Update: I no longer have to wonder if my email was seen. Many times my emails require a response and knowing if and when the email was viewed takes all the guesswork out of the communication. It works great and so I gave it 5 stars. UPDATE 2/24/25: I'm still using MailTracker but I feel I must share one disappointing fact. I recently learned that it's possible to receive a notification that an email has been opened when, in fact, it has not actually been opened by the recipient. Apparently, there are some automated processes with some email clients that can trigger this alert.
