OpenOffice Writer online è un'estensione che consente di creare, modificare e visualizzare qualsiasi documento Microsoft Word in formato doc e docx. È un elaboratore di testi e uno strumento di pubblicazione. Consente di creare documenti, report e libri di grandi dimensioni e abbastanza semplici per un promemoria rapido. È un editor di documenti integrato con il nostro file manager per gestire solo i tipi di file DOC, DOCX e ODT con questa app desktop.
Le caratteristiche principali di Open Office writer sono:
- Procedure guidate per documenti standard come lettere, fax, agende, verbali o per eseguire attività più complesse come la stampa unione. Puoi anche creare i tuoi modelli o scaricare modelli dal repository dei modelli.
- Stili e formattazione avanzati.

- Dizionario di correzione automatica per intercettare gli errori di digitazione al volo, controllando l'ortografia durante la digitazione.
- Completamento automatico per ridurre lo sforzo di digitazione. Suggerisce anche parole e frasi comuni da completare durante la digitazione.
Questa estensione utilizza la piattaforma http://www.offidocs.com. È un'integrazione con un'applicazione desktop Open Office Linux. In concreto, è un'app desktop che funziona tramite la nostra API OffiDocs. È disponibile per gli utenti online gratuiti ma consente anche l'integrazione con utenti premium e distribuzioni OffiDocs locali in cui è installato OffiDocs OpenOffice Writer.
IMPORTANTE: questa estensione esegue la scansione degli URL esplorati per rilevare i file DOC. I file DOC rilevati vengono visualizzati in un elenco situato nel popup dell'estensione recuperati dai nostri server. La scansione viene eseguita dai nostri server in modo che il tuo URL venga segnalato al nostro sistema. Non vengono raccolti dati personali. Questa scansione può essere disabilitata con una casella di controllo che appare nel popup dell'estensione. Se disabiliti questa scansione, questa funzionalità non sarà disponibile, quindi la funzionalità dell'estensione sarà molto limitata.

- This is probably the worst document editor I have ever used. You can't even copy anything out of it to paste into another document, it won't let you save files where you want, it won't recognize printers or send to email, and it was a giant waste of my time. This is a joke. Don't install it, it will just cause you misery and pain. I wish I could give it negative stars.

- Even though I like OpenOffice a lot, this extension didn't work very well for me. I tried and tried to cut and past text into my doc, and it would not work. Not recommended.

- Excellent. This is not a version of OpenOffice, it's the real app running on a Linux machine out there somewhere. What we get is a window into that Linux machine. I find that Google Docs is just too lightweight for my needs. OpenOffice is just what I need. Now my $200 Chromebook has been elevated to a new level of functionality. Way to go Offidocs...good job.
