It keeps not saving the adjustments number of days between emails (did this about 5 times on the same email) Then I just wrote 4 follow ups, and saved. They were there for about 20 seconds, and then were deleted. Buggy

• (2020-12-07) Jordan David: I have been pretty disappointed with the tool lately. Seems to be working less often than it works. :( I am a super user who sends hundreds of follow ups each week and have used this for years. I am going to look into something else now.
• (2019-12-06) Soumen Chatterjee: I've been using the Chrome extension for FollowUp.cc for a month now - excellent for communication management for lead generation and management activities - Can create follow up email templates and draft them to be sent at a pre-scheduled time - One of the biggest challenges was to search for emails using subject lines - Followup recommends or sends pre-drafted, personalised messages automatically unless snoozed - Great application for lead generation activities.
• (2019-08-13) Ashley Alfred: This is a great app, but I am only giving 3 stars because the platform missed follow ups on two occasions. An app like this requires to be working at all times because we are trusting it to remind us of very important tasks. I lost out on those leads b/c I don't know who they were (it didn't tell us what data was lost). Otherwise, it does what it says it's going to and it's an important tool for our business.

• (2017-12-19) Erun Fernando: Great product. Automated email followup can really save some time and energy. It also prevents conversations from falling through the cracks. That all said. Just the followup feature is not at all worth the exorbitant cost. There are plenty of other free extensions that do email tracking and mail merge perfectly. If this product falls into your price range, go for gold. For me, the 14 day trial was all that made sense.
• (2017-10-17) Ana Patterson: Great tool if you want to know what your clients and leads are doing, when it is appropriate to follow up. I even use it to send emails the next day if I don't want to send something in the middle of the night. Awesome tool, can't live without it.

• (2017-03-25) Ritch Davis: I really wanted to like this. Tried everything I could think of, but this application caused serious latency issues and Chrome crashes. Perhaps it is because I'm on OSX 10.12. For now, I'll keep it disabled and follow it. Perhaps a future update will resolve the issue.

  When you send the follow-up email, do you give the provision to add the First Name of the person while sending it. We need a tool for a sales team, wherein they don't have to care about follow-up emails.
