Batch Reply for GMail
Adds button to reply to all selected conversations on Gmail™.
Adds a reply button to the UI of Gmail™ to allow users to reply to a set of emails with the same response.
Useful if you get many similar emails requiring the same response for each.

Exactly what I needed! I recently was hiring and had over 220 applicants via Gmail. The goal was to reply to all the applicants to let them know the position has been filled. I downloaded the extension, refreshed my Gmail, went to a label/folder(group of emails), selected all(only 50 at a time), clicked on the new button that looked like a bold reply arrow, the extension automatically detected duplicate emails and set up the email as BCC, I wrote my email, and sent. I moved all the replied to applicants into a new label/folder, then repeated with bulk replying(50 at a time)! Thank you for creating this extension!

Provides a bcc email address to all the emails identified (only for a single pane of emails, mine is limited to 50 emails in a pane). Pretty simple. I started my batch message by identifying it as a batch message, and that individual responses would follow. Worked for my needs. (I had to do it twice, because my desired respondents stretch across two Inbox panes.)

This is not doing what it says it does. It justs creates an an email with all the selected addresses in cci.

NOW:: Broken doesn't work and no work arounds either. 2013:: Worked perfectly for me. Needed to update a bunch of people on craigslist and did the job I needed to do in a quick hurry. Perfect reply to all extension. I have found that you may need to close all chrome browsers down and restarted to have the desired effect.

Me in 2018: Note they have to fix it for the new Gmail. I had to switch to "Classic" to make it work again Me NOW: They will never fix it. This thing must be removed from the web store so people stop wasting their time. Was great for as long as it worked. But now it just infuriates.

Does not work with new gmail I guess. Didn't see any way to use it. Shame because I really need something like this.

This thing works. You just have to look for the new icon within gmail. It only appears after you select one or more messages. It looks like an arrow and shows up next to the trash icon. Saved my life for a bunch of Craigslist emails.

It just collects all the emails in a BCC. Which at first seemed okay until I got delivery failures because I likely got blocked by all my recipients.

Oh man, the "Batch Reply" button is REALLY hard to see. I can't post a picture, but I'll describe where I see it. First, it doesn't appear until you have checked at least one message (it appears even if you've only selected one message, in fact. Minor bug.) Prior to putting check marks in the message boxes, you will see this sequence of options running across the top of the message list area: * Select * Refresh * More * Reply After selecting multiple messages, that menu bar changes dramatically - many more options, and they are: * Select * Archive * Report Spam * Delete * Mark As Read * BATCH REPLY!!! YAY!!! My Gmail theme is black and grey, so it shows up as two black, curved, backwards facing arrows, layered one atop the other. Small and hard to see, but they are there AND THEY WORK! HUZZAH!!! Then the other options continue: * Move to Inbox * Labels * More * Reply Enjoy. Cheers, Susan
