• (2023-06-07) Abhijit Shylanath: Seems promising but doesn't work well with local files. I use Syncthing to sync my database across machines and was looking for something that works well with ChromeOS. The android ports are a bit laggy. Tusk seemed like a good fit, but unfortunately it uses the browser cache to store the keyfile so it warns that it's a convoluted process to update/add entries into the database. Maybe there are technical reasons for this, but if you're in a similar situation you may want to look at other options.

Para que la base de datos pueda ser desencriptada he tenido que crearla con KeepassX ya que si se crea con KeepassXC no funciona. En algunos sitios no se rellenan bien la contraseñas y hay que pegarlas manualmente, pero es un buen trabajo.

• (2020-08-30) Fabrice GOUPIL: The first time, I imported my GoogleDrive Database, Keepass Tusk found a database but not the good (It take my old backup copy). I wanted change but there have been an issue (error 401). I removed and reinstalled Keepass Tusk, but now, it connect to Google Drive but it can't found my database (I removed the old database). I don't undertand why we can't select database on Google drive. FYI this database is a shared... it may explain some issues !

After downloading this extension this is what it says about using a local Keepass file stored on a device, "Upload files from your local or remote file-system. A one-time copy of the file(s) will be saved in your browser's local storage. If you update the database on your local system then you will have to re-import it in order to see the changes." I already have to keep Keepass up to date on my laptop and Android phone, not going to deal with having to update passwords in a 3rd place, this extension for Brave browser too. Uninstalled.

I use a standard kdbx keepass file with mostly keepassxc on other platforms, and would love to have a way to not type every password on a chromebook, but I added my key file and typed my password multiple times and verified I typed it correctly and it will not unlock.

• (2019-09-06) Epee Sharkey: Just installed and used this for 1st time. It actually seems perfect but I'm holding out on 5 star because need to get more experience. It seems to work by magic - finding all the .KDBX files stashed away on my cloud storage -- even though they are buried away in a folder -- how does it do that,. Unlike some others I appreciate this is 'Read-only' - managing new passwords and the concurrency issues are painful. I like the features designed to be sure the paramount privacy of user data - it would be great to see more detail on this. But so far, so good and big thanks @Brandon Davis and others who have contributed to this very valuable tool.

KeePass has no issues with the same keyfile and the file has not changed to my knowledge. It shows a last modified date of 12/13/2018, so it has not changed in some time. Can someone help?

  I changed a password using Keeweb and I couldn't get Tusk to see the new password. I even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall. I checked the database with KeePassX to be sure, so it's a problem with the extension not rereading the database. This is with WebDAV, by the way.

  Hi there, after CHROME OS upgrade to 76.0.3809.136 the extension stopped working, it does not download the kdbx file anymore. The password file was stored on a GOOGLE drive. Now the extension can't manage the google drive storage nor use a direct link I provided. In the end I had to remove the extension. Can you help?

  Hi, I use Office 365 (the corporate version) and I store my keepass file on OneDrive. When I try to log into OneDrive using Tusk it doesn't recognise my account. I assume this is because it only looked at personal OneDrive accounts. Is this the case? Is there a fix for this?

  The extension is good and fulfills well what it says. But you need to improve to enjoy the security of extra features. You need to have the minimum self-locking time like KeePass and not just 30 minutes. The most important: read TOPT. It has a great advantage of not being dependent on KeePass but the extension will be unnecessary for those who have configured TOTP in the services.

  Hello, I like your extension a lot and use it with PCloud, but recently It is not working anymore. I have a large PCloud account connected to KeePass Tusk, but when I want to use the extension, it is in a "starting up..." loop and does not recover. So I can not use the KeePass files from inside my pCloud account. When I check the options of the extension, I see There are a lot of keepass files detected by the extension in the Cloud storage. Maybe it is an issue there are too many .kdbx files found? Could it be possible to limit the access to only 1 folder in pCloud for the extension? Currently the extension has access to the root folder of the cloud storage
