It will copy only hyperlink text as plain text outside of search pages. On search pages, it helpfully gives the snippet of info and the source..pretty much what you see in your Google searches. I go to Google Search results, right click the link and choose Copy Link Text, then I paste the info in my chat.

Also, while if it worked it would be more useful than the default on current page, yet there is no right click option even on the active tab (and the icon that you need to find to use this is invisible with a dark theme) while I was looking for an ext. that would provide a right click copy link for any inactive tabs, which option seems to be forbidden. One must access a tab to copy the link, versus in Firefox with the Copy Url to clipboard ext. Sorry, but thanks anyway and grace and peace thru Jesus the Lord.

I used it to copy-paste links to articles, applications - whatever. It is actually not very clear from the description of this extension what it does. So I had to install it first to ensure: that's it, I was looking exactly for it! So my recommendation is to enhance the description. It could be useful to add there something like: "Allows you to copy FULL link - both text and links at the same time"

Windows OS only lets you copy the Hyperlink unless you do the boring process of holding [Alt] and carefully highlight the Hyperlink. This provides the functionality to quickly copy the hyperlink with title so you can paste it in to an HTML editor and it show as a Hyperlink instead of a raw URL.

  This has stopped working after a recent Chrome update. The option is still present in the right click menu, but it no longer copies anything.

  Other extensions such as Copy Link Name (mafjnaphoepgijmgfeemillelgkeigid) and Copy Link Text (loeniidbmeohdlmipbpkfmiogbcncibh) are working, so something can be done with this extension too. While all three does the same thing, this one has the best look. Just wish it was working again. Also consider adding the translations.
