I use it with Tab Activate, and whenever I click a link while the browser is closed, it opens to the "new tab" that Don't Close opens. Is there a way to get it to open to the tab that has the link I clicked? If this is a Tab Activate issue I'll post there but I figure it's one of the two not working right with the other.

  Since a few weeks or months, this extension introduced an annoying behavior: if I close one tab, a new empty tab is created even if there is still another tab containing some web page. Since I have another extension ("tab activate") to make new tabs active, this leads to have an empty tab active as soon as I close some tab instead of just closing the tab and have the previous tab active. I found a different extension that keeps the browser open ("keep one pinned tab") that is working properly: it never creates an empty tab this way.

  I have a Windows platform running Google Chrome with the Don't Close Window With Last Tab extension installed. Up until a few weeks ago, it was working as described. When I closed to last open tab, Chrome would remain open and a new tab consistent with the "pin tab" would open. To close Chrome, I would have to click on the "close" button in the top right hand corner of Chrome. While closing Chrome still functions as expected, when I go to close the last open tab itself, sometimes one and often two new tabs open, again consistent with the "pin tab." Nothing crashes and I can easily close the first or second tab opened by the app, it is an unexpected outcome and sometimes anoying. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.   I don't want an extra pinned tab, so i got rid of this extension. However, removing this extension didn't undo the changes it made to the browser. Chrome keeps opening an extra pinned tab on each launch. I can unpin the tab and close it. But when i quit chrome and launch chrome again, chrome automatically opens the pinned tab once more. This is so annoying bro

  I wouldn't mind it if the little Tab it inserts had an option to make it permanent as long as it was small and showed the Google or Chrome logo. I find the little tab sliding into an out of existence from the left slightly distracting. I'm in the process of abandoning Firefox and I'm amazed Chrome hasn't fixed this. Thank you so much.

  I very much appreciate this extension - I am in the process of leaving my old, dear friend Firefox. Anyway, this works as expected except that if I have two browsers open side by side on two monitors, which I typically do, and I close the last tab on the left / second window, the whole second window closes but on the right, the result of closing the last tab is as expected with this extension installed. Is there something I can fix myself to make it so both full windows stay open regardless of tabs closed? Thanks for your time and again, I appreciate your work.

  A pinned tab appears if I set the right options, but Chrome happily closes the window anyway. My guess is that it conflicts with one of my other tab extensions.
