I have written many feedbacks and when I go to copy them for my students, other teacher's names pop up instead of the feedback I have written on another student for the same lesson. I also cannot sync some parent's comments and this is the message I receive: "If some items could not be imported, please make sure you have used the Feedback Panda browser extension to create Feedback for the appropriate class prior to importing the Parent Feedback." I have followed the steps in Google Chrome and it asks me to buy Feedback Panda. I click the link and it doesn't work. I removed it and reinstalled the extension and still it won't work. I had the same problem yesterday, but was able to get it to work. Today, I have tried removing the extension and reinstalling it. NO LOVE. I tried clearing browsing data, removing the extension and reinstalling it. NO LOVE. I tried disabling the extension, refresh.
