D-ToolBox is a Google Drive Tool Box which provide you a direct access to create a new Google document and when you are in a Google Document a direct link to download document as a pdf file or an office file.

Removing the shortcut for creating an old spreadsheet because it is no longer availble and replaced it by the new spreadsheets shortcut.
v 0.9.8 : Beta - Added functionnality to duplicate an old spreasheet to a new spreadsheet. Be careful if there is formulas based on others tab the formula will display #REF!. You just have to edit cell and click enter to display the result.

- (2019-03-06) DtoolBox remplace très bien en plus simple, les autres offices, mais s'il y avait la possibilité de pouvoir barré certains écrits documents, comme cela est fait sur votre grille de calcul, ça serait pour moi encore mieux.

I love this extension. But the problem that I run into is I have multiple Google accounts (work and personal). I am signed into chrome through my work account (it's the default). But when I create a doc with the toolbox, it opens up in my personal gmail account so I am unable to view it in my work account.
