  • (2022-04-09) Kendall Callaghan: What happened!?!? This used to work and now 3/4 web pages the clipper doesnt even engage. I've removed it and added it back, closed chrome, restarted my computer. Please fix this!

  • (2021-05-28) Joyce Lapides: The Ivy clipper functions about 20% of the time. To obtain support, Ivy support hours only function through your assigns Houzz rep. Houzz sales agents only respond via scheduled appointments which takes weeks to book.. The Pro.Houzz.com iPad app does not function as of yet. They keep saying they are upgrading the technology but they never do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to designers!

Actually, the ONLY place it works is on ivy.co, which is hilarious. Great. There is zero use for the clipper on ivy.co. I"m midway through a project and this issue has absolutely screwed me.

    This is surely an IVY/Houzz Pro Clipper Issue. My husband can just about fix any computer issue and was unable to with this...he even uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome as well as the clipper too and no luck. He also installed the clipper onto his personal computer and ran into the same error message. It is not a computer specific issue it is their program and I really hope they get their IT people on this fast!!!!
