I work with client across time zones. Tabs let me stay on top of each thread without loosing track of who need what.

Honestly, this is how Gmail should work. I can create a Gmail tab of email messages with a specific keyword, and refer back to my tab to find any email with that keyword. It automatically classifies them into the tab for me as they come in, too. Very helpful.

Emails from clients are now in their own tab, so I never miss anything important. This extension is essential for my workflow.

Why doesn't Gmail have this natively?? This is an amazing app. Now I can categorize the emails I need most in my tabs. One tab is for my assistant, my lawyer, my boss, and then my second boss (my wife). I think I paid $3 for this app, and it really helps me find emails quickly. 5 stars.

I prefer using Tabs because they make it easier to group related emails, and they stay visible at the top, unlike Gmail labels. Having everything clearly organized helps me quickly find what I need, especially when I am in a meeting and a topic comes up. I can instantly pull up relevant emails to add context without slowing things down.

Tabs is one of those extensions that really should be native to Gmail, but isn’t. I’ve been using it free for over a year, but now they’re charging for it. I don’t really mind because it’s $3 a month, and also because I’ve used it to see its value-add to my workflow. It’s kind of a no-brainer.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who struggles with many emails.

Now I can keep up with email conversations and nothing gets lost.

Now that I’ve created tabs, I really never want to use Gmail without them again. Helps me tremendously with organizing the emails I need to see, and then keeps me organized because I can easily revisit the tab and pull up the email I need to reference.

I really like that I can customize the tab contents.

I never really thought about how few people I really need to talk to each day on email, and with tabs, I can organize all emails from a certain person.. It’s very helpful to keep me focussed.

Product manager here. This extension changed how I use Gmail by tabbing certain search results together for me to follow along with a specific topics like my projects in Norway, or another in Indonesia. I basically use tabs for each project and I really like that functionality.

I love this app. Truly easy to use, and keeps me organized and closing more business because I’m always on top of it. Sometimes I can even show up to meetings unprepared because I know I can easily find what I need to keep everything on track.

I can’t recommend this app enough! I had an issue with it where I wasn’t sure how to set it up, but I spoke with Mandy from customer service, and she helped me figure everything out with ease! She responded within 2 hours, which is pretty incredible given that I was on a free trial at the time.

Tabs is one of those incredible apps that really changes your relationship with Gmail. I highly suggest trying it for yourself.

Customizing my tabs was easy and oddly, I was able to figure out exactly what I wanted to group into my tab. It’s like I never knew how much I needed something until I started using it and now my Gmail just makes sense.

If you’re on the fence and hesitating to get this app, just do it. It’s $3/mo and worth so much more. I think there’s a free trial too if you’re really unsure, but once you try it, I promise there’s no going back.

I have never known how much I needed something in my entire life before I tried Tabs. Now, all my emails are grouped into easy to click on tabs right there in my inbox. It’s just so simple and yet so smart at the same time. Definitely get this app.

If it helps others, I use tabs to organize who I need to respond back to that day, that week, and then I have a tab for important contacts like my boss. He thinks I’m so organized, and while I am partly organized, this app has a lot to do with it. I haven’t told him about it either, so he just thinks I’m “on it.”
