Image from store Cluster - Window & Tab Manager
Description from store Cluster is a window and tab manager extension for Chrome that helps you manage multiple open tabs and windows while using minimal system resources. Cluster also comes with the tools for quick navigation to open windows and tabs, and a tab project manager to easily save and restore windows and tabs sessions as working projects. Restored windows launches each tab in a suspended state to minimize the load time when opening lots of tabs at once. Features include undo removed tab or window, sorting windows tabs for better overview, showing the real tab URL when using the Great Suspender, launch the manager using keyboard shortcut, option to save or restore sessions from the manager or drop-down menu, search and filter for tabs by title or URL, easily move tabs between windows, suspend all windows tabs, and more. Cluster is built to be fast, simple and uses minimal system resources to not get in its own way. A great tool for taking control of your browser sessions, keep things organized and free up memory. • (2024-03-16) Lucas Brothers: I use it all the time. Easy to use and very useful.
  • (2024-03-15) Saso Rutar: Just what I needed. Would appreciate some sort of syncing of active and save windows.
  • (2024-02-19) Carissia Dudley: I used to love it, when it was free...now it doesn't sync across my devices which is why I used it...
  • (2024-02-19) Paul-Sebastian Manole: This is one of the highest quality extensions I have ever used! It's so good, it should come with the browser itself!
  • (2024-02-19) monkeymanwasd123: not to sound like a bot but this is genuinely one of the best extensions. if only it could sort bookmarks too so i didnt have to open all of them at once so this could sort them. my computer dies when i do that...
  • (2024-02-14) Rocky Boyo: Very good, thout would love to be able to name windows or somehow read the already named windows via the inherent chrome window naming system. Otherwise perfect.
  • (2024-02-08) Overlok IceCrown: very nice, only flaw, you should be able to move the saved cards in order to put the groups in the preferred order
  • (2024-01-18) Paradox: Honestly, I havent had a day when I did not use it. Quick sort, remove duplicates, save/load windows, search windows, search tabs, sort tabs etc Not perfect, but the five stars matter in this case, as there are no better options.
  • (2023-12-08) William Oliveira dos Santos: Suggestions: - allow managing windows in the menu when clicking on the extension; - do not suspend the current tab.
  • (2023-11-28) Rick Clark: This extension is amazing! I've used it for a few months now and it has become something that I use daily. Any time I get a ton of tabs going, Ctrl + M lets me quickly close unused tabs, combine windows and drag them to reorder into logical groupings. I was using another extension that promised similar functionality and it just didn't work well. I started looking for another and this one exceeded my expectations. It's clean and functional and easy to use.
  • (2023-11-06) Sohail Chauhan: Extremely helpful for people like me who have tonns and tonss of tabs open in the single window. Useful for multi window management as well.
  • (2023-10-27) William Angelo: Muito bom pena que não tem histórico das abas fechadas igual o TabXpert
  • (2023-10-16) Todd McNeil: Does what it says on the box. I have found it indispensable in my professional life for keeping track of where and what I am meant to be doing.
  • (2023-10-11) Ben Stock: This extension would get a five-star rating if it respected existing tab groups when sorting. Other than that, I have no complaints. It does what it says it does, and so far, it hasn’t tried to upsell me or convince me to subscribe to anything, which in this day and age, I really appreciate. Thanks, Cluster busters!
  • (2023-09-28) Christian Walde (Mithaldu): unmaintained and broken
  • (2023-09-14) Saksham Goyal: works, but it doesnt keep an active history without having to manually save. going back to session buddy.
  • (2023-09-11) coki coki: BOTAK.123
  • (2023-09-04) kal Krause: I absolutely love this extension, it's the best tabs manager I've found. It's awesome for me as a student as I can build a saved window with all the research for each of my papers, and I can easily see what all I have open. My one single complaint is that I can't buy the full version right now. I'd like to be able to back up my saved windows because I've already lost a few windows I had saved when I got a new laptop and I've been waiting for the "buy license" tab to work for about 4 months. I really hope this extension hasn't been abandoned because it's really the best I've found and I don't want to have to find a new one.
  • (2023-08-20) James Dean: So far so good. If it's not working, try updating your browser :)
  • (2023-07-25) Moccine: Opções unicas, recomendo
  • (2023-07-17) Justin Stanelle: I don't leave reviews for anything but once or twice a year. This extension is one of the best tab-management extensions ever! If you're like me, and end up with 20+ tabs open on an 8+ year old macbook more often than you blink, you're going to need this extension. There's a hotkey, so you can pull the manager right up; you can sort your tabs, close your tabs, throw them in other windows, or save them for later... (now, tell me when 'later' comes). I'll bet the odds, if you try this you're going to love it. :)
  • (2023-07-14) Vagner Henrique Barbosa: A ferramenta é incrível.
  • (2023-07-13) R V: Does not work. Typing in search query and pressed enter. Nothing happens.
  • (2023-07-08) Kevin Quiros Canales: It is a great extension, light weight and so far I have not had any problems. However, plenty of room for useful (and even necessary features) such as: the ability to toggle the Quick Sort (Ctrl + ,) function, I doubt it is useful for ANYBODY to just sort the google tabs that you have open away from the tabs those google links opened; the ability to create and save subgroups of tabs. I know the later one might be a data structure nightmare to figure out so that it does not affect the good performance of the extension, but it certainly feels like a feature that could be added by anybody even if this extension is nothing but a hobby to them.
  • (2023-06-29) Pritam Sarkar: nice
  • (2023-06-28) Vladimir G. Mechkauskas: Greate extension. It would be great if you will have ability to add `lastModified` field to the exported file because when I tried to restore backup then my all tab messed. Also could you please add sort feature for the lists, e.g. sort by createdDate (lastModified), name (title), etc.
  • (2023-06-23) Oliver Conroy: The best and most robust Chrome window/tab manager I've tried. Will earn a fifth star if it can enable an auto dark made, i.e. switching according to system dark mode.
  • (2023-06-22) Dr. House: I wanted to donate $5 after using Cluster for several years, then I saw for $10 I could get pro license, but it's Under Construction... hurry up, I'm trying to give you money!
  • (2023-06-09) autoteleology: THIS EXTENSION IS NOT SAFE. DO NOT USE. I tried to merge my tab collection together for easy backup and export and the extension erased all of my data. I lost nearly ten thousand saved tabs.
  • (2023-06-09) Ling Mao: Pros: 1 multi-select function 2 Search 3 able to open as a separate window Con: No mid-click close tab feature.
  • (2023-06-06) Amir Rahman: Loved it
  • (2023-05-24) yurenchen: User Experience Optimization Wishlist: - `close on save` text should label to checkbox // don't have to click the little checkbox, but also the label text clickable - save the state of `close on save` checkbox // or add another quick save shortcuts, do it quick and clean, like OneTab extension does --------- Vote to `useful` if you feel the same
  • (2023-04-23) Vitaliy Pshonnov: Из всех подобных, что я пробовал, понравилось больше всего. Жаль, что, похоже, заброшено.
  • (2023-04-18) MISERI Notte: SUCA SPY
  • (2023-04-17) Jonathan Brooks: Excellent functionality and performance; UX could be improved a bit.
  • (2023-04-11) 권오인: quick sort language korean title plz.
  • (2023-04-11) Nikolay Antonchik: Супер расширение, объединение разных окон в одно работает отлично
  • (2023-04-08) Arthur J. Byrnes: I really like this extension. I have tried to contact the developer but have gotten no reply. The issue that I have is that the inport-export functions don't work. I can save the list, but there is no obvious way to load a saved list.
  • (2023-03-28) William Deneault-Rouillard: nice design, simple and good
  • (2023-03-19) Vinícius: Best window e tab manager ever created, you can organize and browse through all windows/tabs from just one main window, no need to alt + tab and searching for your window
  • (2023-03-17) Mitchell Lokey: The extension is pretty great, but I ran into one MAJOR issue. Hotkey assignments need to optional! Cmd+M is a hotkey in the extension but also Macs hotkey for minimizing a window. Cmd+, is this extensions quick sort hotkey, it's also the hotkey for subscripts in google docs, AND for mac preferences. Will delete this extension if not resolved :( Google docs is more important and resorting my tabs after quick sort messes them up is not worth the hassle. It's great otherwise, keep it up!
  • (2023-03-17) Zion Butbika: אחלה כלי לניהול חלונות של כרום
  • (2023-02-24) Kartik Gowda: No options to replace tabs with current ones for updated web pages.
  • (2023-02-01) April Papajohn: Just the remove-duplicates and sort functions alone make this extension really helpful.
  • (2023-01-26) Bryan Kinney: Duplication of windows is a problem. It can't remember if the window being saved is already a saved one. So you end up with multiple copies of the same saved window even if you use the same exact name.
  • (2023-01-25) Michael Alo: Love it. Makes browsing so much nicer. One little suggestion: to move the "Pause tabs" button away from the "Close tabs" one. I accidentally closed al my tabs instead of pausing them because of an imprecise click.
  • (2023-01-16) Nidhin Vinod: I would like to buy it but upon trying to get the license it is showing under construction.? May i know when can i buy it.
  • (2023-01-10) Adid José Acevedo Valerio: I would like if it had more sorting options, Like sort per page title, It's currently not very effective on sorting tabs from the same website.
  • (2023-01-10) Camel of Siberia: cant take back windows you delete sucks so much

  • (2019-08-31, v:2.2.6) Carlos Hernández: Recovering the last session
I understand that Chrome is already recovering from the last session ......, But Chrome only gives you the option to recover the session when you start chrome ......, If you do not recover the session when you start chrome it is already difficult to recover it. without some extension ......, and that is where you have to open 350 tabs at the same time ......, In addition, Chrome sometimes fails to make the recovery, or does it halfway ........., It would be good if you could see the Sessions Recovered automatically in CLUSTER ....., It's a feature that I like about Sessión Buddy, Because I don't have to worry about opening 350 tabs when Chrome started to be able to recover the Session ......, but if this feature were in CLUSTER I would only use CLUSTER ......., I currently use the 2 extensions at the same time ........, I have 3 days that I discovered CLUSTER and I like it a lot ........., I wish this important option could be taken into consideration ....... Best regards and thank you very much in advance
  • (2019-08-30, v:2.2.6) Carlos Hernández: Recover Session

  • (2019-08-08, v:2.2.6) Royal Flusher: Re-open windows full screen ?
Hi, I always use Chrome fully maximized to take up the whole screen. Trying out Cluster tonight and when I re-open a saved window, it opens up in a window that takes up a little more than half the screen. Can Cluster open saved windows fully maximized always?
  • (2019-08-07, v:2.2.6) Jason Farr: Awesome Work! Please give us the ability to Custom Name the windows.
Please give us the ability to Name the windows ! ;) Instead of window 1, etc. Custom name eg. Development, Customers, etc Thank YOU!
  • (2019-08-05, v:2.2.6) Ryan Rolnicki: Great utility! Can we create filters?
So rather than breaking out tabs into new windows, I'd like to simply create 'filters' in the tab listing UI, so instead of headers like 'Window 1', 'Window 2', etc, I would have 'Filter 1', 'Filter 2', etc. Even a simple 'domain regex' as filter would suffice. The goal would be I would create a filter for JIRA, a filter for Github, a filter for Wiki...and then the default one would list everything (or everything not shown in a filter, as a toggle-able option). Alternately, if 'sort by domain' allowed me to specify I wanted the domains tiled across multiple columns the way multiple windows are (and if I could specify a title/increase title size) for the sort-by-domain groups, that would work equally well, and probably be really useful for others as well!
