- (2021-10-08) Lucas Sullivan: CloudExtend is great! If you are looking for a simpler way of attaching necessary files to records from your email then this is the go-to. Makes keeping a paper trail much easier. The ability to filter so only records that fit your title appear is a big plus as well.

- (2016-06-23) Better UI than previous, but has a few key issues. Causes NetSuite & Gmail to crash often. Slows down NetSuite. Popups don't close e.g. when adding a contact against a Customer in NetSuite the contact popup remains open but blank and the NetSuite customer isn't refreshed automatically with the new contact.
- (2016-04-15) Robert Buchko: Good extension. The ability to limit searches to specific record types is key. Does not play nicely with the right-side chat plugin, which has caused a lot of anguish for my users. Fix that and you have 5 stars from me.
