- Better UI than previous, but has a few key issues. Causes NetSuite & Gmail to crash often. Slows down NetSuite. Popups don't close e.g. when adding a contact against a Customer in NetSuite the contact popup remains open but blank and the NetSuite customer isn't refreshed automatically with the new contact.

- Good extension. The ability to limit searches to specific record types is key. Does not play nicely with the right-side chat plugin, which has caused a lot of anguish for my users. Fix that and you have 5 stars from me.

- It locks up my email and doesn't load messages. I think the bugs still need to be worked out.
